I'm gona speak to the bank and if I get nowhere with the dispute again for the transactions I disputed last year from these guys I'll be wiritng to the CEO had enough of these companies thinking they can steal money the bank should recall it!!

This isn’t really a question but wanting to let everyone know, just dispute the transaction with your bank and they will refund you the money pop cherry takes, as the box is pre ticked when you go to buy anything, you can report it as scam. Got my money back same with other girls but they block me from telling anyone

Hi Elise, Thank you so much for your question! If you order today, your parcel will be shipped out on the 3/04/18 AEDT as Australia will be having their Easter Long Weekend. We offer two different international shipping methods: DHL International Expres and DHL eCommerce. For DHL International Express we give the time-frame for delivery of 1-4 business days. For DHL eCommerce it is 8-12 business days. For urgent orders, we do suggest using our DHL International Express service, as the DHL eCommerce might not reach you in time.

Hey popcherry I really need your help , so I have called a number of times and no one has picked up and I’m not being negative and I think popcherry is great ! But I really need to cancel my membership on my current card , I love popcherry and I will most likely rejoin the VIP sometime at Christmas but with a seperate card so how can I get in contact to cancel it please?

Hi there. I think you should outline the absolute run around that pop cherry gives its customers when they want a refund or to cancel the membership. They make you call certain times and don’t answer the phone and the email is a blanket reply ‘sorry we don’t refund’.

Popcherry you seem to reply a lot quicker when we play on here. Can I please have a refund of the unauthorised charges to my card?

I refuse to waste any more of my life dealing with your conpany.

Totally hear you on this one! So much back and forth with these guys I've had 2 unauthorised payments go through my account and they refuse to refund me. The first time they said they couldn't cancel my membership until my credit was spent and conveniently when I rung the second time they could cancel my membership with credit still on but still can't refund me apparently ... there's nothing in the fine print saying they don't give refunds so I'm not sure why I am not allowed my money back!!! Best way to go about it is to do a dispute with your bank. As the box is pre ticked saying you want to sign as a VIP. I bank with nab and got my money back, but had to cancel my bank card to stop any more payments coming out from them. It’s ridiculous you can only cancel if you call them, why not via email? Scammers

First question is - did you send your return back with a trackable method? If so, please give us the that number so we can have a look at your parcel's location. The next question is if you used the right email when making your account? Sometimes, accounts are mistyped and so you don't get notifications when you should.

Hi Memes, Thank you very much for asking a question about how Popcherry VIP Membership works. To join the Popcherry VIP Membership is free and it's optional, too. You only need to choose to checkout as a VIP customer and consent the terms and conditions at the final check out page. It will enable the VIP savings and the ability to check out our VIP Exclusive Style Deals.

The Popcherry VIP membership is a monthly subscription service and there is a skippable $50 member credit charge each month. The member credit charge of $50 will be put into your Popcherry account for you to spend with Popcherry as a store credit - it can go a long way with Popcherry since our Style Deals are starting from only $10!

You can Shop on Popcherry's website during 1st - 5th of each month to not receive the member credit - and there is no obligation to Shop, you can choose to Skip the Month during the Shop or Skip period (1st - 5th of each month AEST), and come back to shop as a VIP at a later time.

Hi Memes it's as simple as signing up (no charge) and you automatically get recognised as a VIP. The benefits of being a VIP include lower prices on almost anything, special deals and also store credit! I have made about 6 purchases this year and paid NOTHING because I had store credit!! Very much worth it and I would highly recommend joining to anyone!

Is there any way the store credit can be refunded?

I had no idea that I had signed up for this VIP membership after buying a dress for a wedding 6 months ago!!

I have cancelled my card, and they are running a transaction dispute - but I can see my credit on their website. Am I entitled to my money back?

So I have gone through all of bullshit with the VIP thing have had no luck being refunded so have given up and want to use the 'store credit' it says to click the store credit button in the payment section which is not there, it says to be logged in which I am. If you have recently cancelled your VIP membership and you would like to checkout again as a Popcherry VIP - you'll need our help to reactivate your membership - if this is your case, please send an email to our support team at: support@popcherry.com.au

Our representatives will help you rejoin and place the order that you want.

Alternatively, you can checkout as a Regular Customer with your store credit. You'll pay regular price and not have to worry about Shop or Skip in the future.

No I'm not re-signing up to your company. I should be able to use the store credit I have on my account without being a VIP member. Or is this how pop cherry treats their general members? They buy 1 playsuit and is automatically signed up as a VIP member and has $50 taken from the card they purchased every month. Then when calls up to query no answer at all and no call back, so is forced to cancel their own visa/credit card just so they are not stolen from then can't even use the store credit they apparently have on their account. It says welcome back you have this much in store credit. Go to check out oh no wait you have to sign up as a VIP member? Really.

So now your customers are forced to take time out of their lives and complain on review websites just to be answered with a copy and pasted message from [name removed].

I have not had to use the store credit yet... I log in and "skip the month" so they don't take my money.... Have you tried contacting them about this? I'm sorry I couldn't help you with this

I just purchased some clothing and after confirming the order I realised that I have signed up to VIP. I had no idea I had even done this. What is the best way of getting out of this? I don't mind cancelling my entire order, as I don't really have the luxury of time to wait another month and cancel.

Hi, The best way to get out of it is to call the number 02 8188 3761 and tell them you want to cancel your VIP membership. They will try and talk you out of it, but just advise them you will go to fair trading ect if they don't cancel it. Keep checking your account under billing and shipping and make sure under the VIP status it says you are not a VIP member.

Thanks for your help Alana277. I just went through their terms and conditions and it says that if you want to cancel the VIP before 30 days you are required to pay 'full price' for the items. I placed my order last night and I still have not received a confirmation email of my purchase.

I have spent weeks trying to cancel this VIP membership which I was not aware of when I checked the box at the time on check out. Their online team will drag you along for days saying they will help and then they keep asking you to send your enquiry again! When you call their VIP call centre who NEVER answer the phones (02) 8188 3761 you will be placed on hold for up to 10 minutes and then your call will go to a automated service to prompt you to leave your mobile and email details. If they call back which can take 1-2 days and you cant answer the call through business hours, they will leave a message and say they will put you on a "skip month" even though they know why you are contacting them to cancel this VIP service. Even when they put you on a "skip month' this will not work as they will attempt to direct debit your CC anyway via multiple attempts which my bank has notified of in writing. Their clothes are terrible, cheap, bad fit and look like something from an OP shop for $5 a piece! DO NOT tick this VIP membership, you will not get your money back and even if you use up your credit of the funds they take from your account, the clothes arent worth the VIP offer!!!

Thanks for taking the time to respond Simmo1975. I ended up cancelling my order but now I have the worry of calling them on the 5th of February and cancelling the VIP membership. You're right about them not answering their phone...I tried for three days and left many messages before someone even called me back. Have you tried contacting your credit card provider and getting them to stop the direct debit?

There is only one way to stop them taking $50 per month and that is that you will have to cancel your credit card.I luckily only lost $50 because I check my credit card every day.Some poor souls have lost $300+.. So my cheap $8 dress for my wife ended up costing me $58. Please complain to your bank because it is the banks that have given these scammers the ability to carry out this fraud.

I have disputed the transaction. But the bank said they will report the transaction as fraudulent and they will change my card. I have just lodged a complaint before fair trading NSW about this business. I recommend everyone to do the same to force them to change or dissappear.
