No - never ever buy from rotita You will regret it and waste your money!!

Absolutely not! You will not get your order or a refund! Total scam!

Not unless you like to flush your money down the toilet. They took almost $150 from me and sent me two pieces of clothing that were way too big. I never received the second package that had four pieces of clothing in it. I emailed back-and-forth for several months waiting for my package which never arrived. They now tell me my time is up and I cannot have a refund.

The products are total rubbish. WARNING - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ROTITA OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. Then you will not get a refund if you try to send them back. I lost over $100.00 with this company!!!

I think that we should all start legal claims against them. They should not be allowed to get away with this fraud.

Hi Charlie, I have no idea how long it takes because I have never shopped there. I just heard many bad reports about them which I cannot prove correct or otherwise. But, if you want to buy a cocktail dress there, I suggest ordering early and hope it gets delivered on time for the event and to the right address. After some other girl's festive party type dress purchased online by her husband, I believe, arrived too late for the party she was to wear it for and ended up on my door step, partially opened and ruined by rain etc, I wouldn't buy anything on line. It's quicker, far cheaper and more reliable and you get a far superior, original dress, if she made it herself, like do. I don't think Rotita makes any stylish type festive wear, but I may be wrong. However there is another business with a very solar name you can find on line, which I believe does. I think they are called Rolita and may be a European based businesses. I have not checked their styles or prices etc but they may be worth comparing with Rotita to see which one best delivers to your needs as a consumer. Good luck with getting what you want on time, good quality, reasonable price, minimal business fuss and dramas etc.

Hi Joe B. I have purchased a Cocktail Dress for my Partner previously from Rotita about 2 months ago and had no Problems. We were satisfied with the purchase.

Looks like you were either very lucky or you are trying to do some damage control for this company... My experience is terrible and lost over $100.00 when I returned their garbage goods for a refund which they refused to pay.

Hi Karen, Unfortunately I think, like me, you have learnt an expensive lesson. This is a Chinese site and even if you throw good money after bad by sending the items back they will probably deny ever receiving them. Gave this site 5 stars to get people's attention, and to help them not to make the mistake I made. My experience with this Chinese company was terrible. I ordered 2 items, only one arrived, wrong size, unbelievably bad quality both in terms of material and stitching. I emailed the site who offered a derisory refund (less than 10%) or to return it. They advised me to take the refund since to return it to China would cost the same as the original garment price. Thinking I had PayPal protection, I lodged a complaint with them. After much back and forth PayPal advised me that they had found in favour of the seller, despite one item never arriving and my submitting photographs showing the quality of the garment that did arrive. Eventually, after an Australian Consumer Organisation took up my case, PayPal refunded the full purchase amount but emphasised this was as a gesture of goodwill rather than acknowledging the validity of my complaint. So, my advice: Check the seller on review sites. Note that most of the 5 star reviewers have no photographs and only one review. Be aware that PayPal may not support you, despite their Buyer Protection Plan. These sites do not show the models faces, since to do so would infringe copyright on the images. If I have not put you off yet, consider using a credit card for your purchase as recovery may be easier Share my advice every time you have a bad experience with these sites

I had to wait for my purchases but it was soooo worth it. All four items fitted perfectly. Their bathing range is fabulous value, and so different. I am no stick figure and it was with some trepidation that I ordered. The two dresses I ordered are just beautiful. Well made and tasteful fabrics. I can only say....do it.

Sorry I have no idea. My purchase was on line. My comment "could buy better locally" meaning one has the opportunity to see colour & quality before making the purchase.
