I want to buy the razer haamerhead v2's so I got on my computer searched them up and saw that Scorptec sold them for 50$ less than what I was going to pay. I just wanna know if its worth buying from a 3rd party website for some earbuds for 50$ less cause I dont wanna end up spending 200$ when I could spend 150$.
Don't buy from Scorptec. They have terrible customer service and warranty handling

You are being stupid and i am sick of your nonsense. There is no link in the email that [Name Removed] send me. You are a bunch of morons the way you are blocking me and then you just give excuses and tell me about links that don't exist'. After this i will never deal with you again and my online reviews will show the hassles and stalling tactics you use to avoid me being able to contact you to get my warranty work sorted.
Hi,
I requested a refund on the 30/4/2021 via your customer portal. I was advised the following:
"no worries, Brandon. I canceled your order as requested and sent a refund request to our accounts team which should be processed within 24 hours. Once the refund has been processed, it should reflect on your account within 24-48 hours, some financial institutions may take up to 5 business days. Regards, Paulo"
I'm yet to receive my refund and or confirmation that the refund has been processed. Can I please get an update on when I should expect my refund?
I've currently lost $2,600 on a computer build for a client due to this extremely frustrating process.
When I placed my order your website stated that the Graphics card was in stock at the supplier, this obviously was not the case.
I would appreciate a response or even better my money back by ASAP or I will be contacting the ACCC.
Brandon
Order number 1760545
Thanks for your question, I believe that our team have already gotten in touch to assist you with the refund. We apologise for the delay in the processing of the refund.

Hi, I had made order which included 3x LianLi12UF1W all of my items have been allocated except 1 of these fans. The eta for this is well into next year. I was wondering if I could have the order shipped without that one fan? Or could I possibly change the 3 individual fans for the 3 pack which is in stock? I have attached the webpage for reference. external link
Order number is 1631345
Thanks for your question, I believe that our team has provided assistance for you now. We apologise for the delays in our responses, our team are still working through a large volume of queries.

More of a statement than a question, i was going to buy a $3,100 dollar laptop from your website.. But not any more after reading all about you on here.. Thanks but no thanks !
Good choice, don’t make the same mistake I did!
Yeah I just spent upwards of 4 grand on a laptop with them and now Im worried about when Im going to actually get it.
Have you got your laptop?
Hi Michelle A. Yes i sure have now, but i bought it from jw.com.au they are in Sydney and i haven't had any problems at all, due to covid i had to wait about 2 weeks before it arrived safely by courier but all went smoothly. I looked up all the reviews on external link after finding their website online, Great reviews and so i ordered and im glad i did. I bought the MSI Prestige 15 A10SC laptop and its great, Soo fast and light & so much thinner than my old one. Hope this helps you, Brett...
Hi Brett thank you for your response :)
Hi I had an order request that had an ETA for parts arrival on 22nd June, but it suddenly changed to 4th of August due to a single monitor part which is too late and a huge inconvenience. I understand that stocks are volatile during this COVID times but I've paid for the order before this big sudden change so this is really unexpected. Is there any way to get around this as I need the order arriving earlier.
Hi Yang, thanks for your question - unfortunately there have been some ETA delays for new stock of products due to the ongoing restrictions and global market situation. If you could please send us a DM on ProductReview with your order number we would be happy to take a look into this for you and potentially offer some alternatives that are more readily available.

I was about to order from your store when I noticed that you have provided an optional 'shipping insurance' fee. Can you please explain the purpose of the fee? It is my understanding that under Australian Consumer Laws, the merchant is responsible for getting the item safely to the door of the customer. Ie. if a component is dead on arrival, lost in post or otherwise damaged, the merchant is liable for a refund or replacement.
Can you explain why does the consumer need to pay for insurance? What protections does it provide above and beyond normal ACL protections?
Thanks for your question, we offer shipping insurance in accordance with ACL guidelines - covering loss or damage to goods after they have left our control. As our delivery partners are independent of our business, these deliveries are outside of our control. These services do not provide protection against loss or damages, which is why we offer this to ensure peace of mind for our customers.
Please keep in mind that consumer guarantees against defects are separate from the delivery of goods. If your order arrives without incident but there is a problem with a product, this is of course protected under ACL.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at: feedback@scorptec.com.au
Danial C is correct. The buyer only takes responsibility for the goods when they sign for the delivery. Not before. Although the carrier may be responsible for the goods while in shipment the buyer has no agreement with them and it is the sellers responsibility to ensure that the goods arrive to the buyer undamaged and in working order. The sellers responsibility does not end once the goods are shipped.
If an uninsured shipment goes missing or is damaged it is the sellers responsibility to recoup the monies from the carrier and ensure the buyer receives what they paid for.
There is no reason for a Scorptec customer to buy postage insurance, already Scorptec has agreed under Australian law to deliver undamaged goods to them by accepting payment.

I was just wondering how long it takes to process and dispatch the order. I heard that using AusPost express takes around 2-3 business days but I don't know how long it will take to process as the online status still says new and I haven't yet gotten a email saying that it's been dispatched (placed the order 2 days ago).
I also bought a monitor but when I saw the first confirmation email, it said that it was out of sale and when I checked the online website again, it said end of life. Does that mean that it'll be shipped when you guys have stock or is it gone forever and if so will I be able to get a refund? My order number is: 1301160, in case you needed that to check. :D
Hi Liu, We are currently experiencing a much higher than normal volume of orders and enquiries, which is resulting in extended wait times. We're working as fast as possible answer all enquiries and dispatch orders safely and with minimal delay, however this is taking some time. We have already increased resources for providing more online and phone support.
I have asked the warehouse to get to your order as soon as possible, we have already moved significant resources to help our warehouse team during this time and are working on bringing dispatch times back down to normal.

Hi i ordered a PC about 3 weeks ago and two problems keep happening, 1. One of the fans won't spin even with MSI Afterburner Predator sense etc, 2. The motherboard light don't change and when i try to change it the pc bluescreens.
edit^ the person who put it installed iCue and aura didn't know the motherboard dosen't support aura..
So I want to buy the Tundra 2070 gaming pc and after these reviews I’m not sure I should. I don’t want a broken PC.
Don't believe everything you read. Sometimes you only get negative reviews. I found what they provide is what you get there are no grey areas when it comes to components. I purchase 2 machines recently and the service and delivery was excellent. The machines are excellently built and they are handling everything we throw at them.
Alright thanks
anyway anyone know how long it takes to deliver to WA with AUS POst express?
Hi There, thanks for your question - as someone already advised, unfortunately our rating on ProductReview is not in too great a shape as we do not run any feedback campaigns on the platform at this stage. Our reviews on alternate platforms do offer a different story.
Generally deliveries to metropolitan areas within WA with AusPost Express take around 2-3 business days, country regions do often take longer as we are Victorian based. However, please keep in mind that due to the ongoing global situation we are cautioning that couriers & delivery service times may begin to increase.
Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns, you can also contact us directly at: feedback@scorptec.com.au

Hi my pc just came today and I thought it came with a power cable? Or do I have to get it from a store? Also I ordered a mousepad and keycaps but only the pc came. Order number: 1298143
Hi There, I just checked the order and there are still two parts of the order coming through for delivery. There will be a box with accessories/parts from the system build that will also include the power cable. These should be coming through for delivery for you shortly.
David | Scorptec
Hi again. I booted up the pc and the power button keeps flickering, with that when it’s off it shows the power button on but when I’m using it the power button either flickers or it’s off. Someone suggested that someone that assembled it messed up the front io connection.
Hi There, The configuration the PC has shows storage & drive activity on that LED as it is not necessarily required to show the PC being on given the lighting in the rest of the system that clearly show when the PC is powered on. I believe one of our team have already reached out to you to clarify and provide instructions if you would prefer an alternative configuration.
David | Scorptec
apart from shipping and all that other stuff, do parts have the same price with care provided to transport (especially motherboards and cpus)
Hi Billy, All shipping orders can have insurance added to protect against damage or loss in transit during checkout on our website. We also ensure that all items are packed with sufficient protection to protect the delivery in transit.
If you have any other questions please feel free to contact our sales team directly at: sales@scorptec.com.au
