Hi, has anyone use Shaver Shop Click and Collect and receive pickup notification within the 5 hours or same day? I'm starting to regard ordering from this place now that i'm reading the reviews. Thanks

Thank you for your question. Yes, when you place a Click & Collect order with us, you will receive confirmation of pick up within 5 hours.

Thanks for your response. I did not receive any correspondence that my order was ready for pickup however i spoke with a customer rep from 1300 SHAVER who had confirm that my order was infact ready for pickup, that i should of received the notification. 1300 SHAVER was happy to cancel my order for full refund on my request. Currently waiting for the store to process my refund.

After making contact with the local store, they've mention they will get around too it "shortly"... but i've not seen any changes whatsoever. I will wait a few more days.
