Hello..my Shein orders used to get delivered to Leppington pharmacy Camden Valley Way Leppington 2176 by Hubbard..but that pharmacy has stopped dealing with Hubbard so now Shein deliveries go to another pharmacy just opened around the corner..in the new Leppington Village Pharmacy Shop T5 at 108-116 Ingleburn Road Leppington ..2179 The trouble is Hubbard delivered my parcel to another Pharmacy too far away at : Cincotta pharmacy at Macquarie Fields phone number 02 9605 1004 (Order no. POHJYLV9 in my name Marlene Shuetrim) I rang them and asked if my Hubbard order could get delivered to this other Leppington Village Pharmacy at Ingleburn road ??? BUT they told me the Hubbard Courier IS NOT ALLOWED to change the delivery address (Shein's orders) ..... to the new Ingleburn road Leppington Pharmacy...so maybe the parcel will be sent back to Shein !!!!! How frustrating this has become....but understandable!! Can you please inform the Courier ..(it's not delivered yet to this pharmacy as at 4 Sept ) to deliver to new Leppington address please. I am in a nursing home and my friend picks up my Shein/Hubbard orders for me..it's too far 19 klms to go there n back. PLEASE GET A MESSAGE TO THE DELIVERY GUY WHEN HE TAKES IT TO THE MACQUARIE FIELDS PHARMACY THAT IS OK TO DELIVER TO LEPPINGTON PHARMACY AT the INGLEBURN road address. Hi all. The parcel was delivered and left in the lobby of the building. When I got home after 2 hours of delivery, the parcel was gone. It was stolen. Because I checked with residents, building manager, and all neighbours. No1 had clue. I talked with courier person, he said his job is done after delivery and their service doesn’t include taking signatures. They suggested me to talk to the seller for further assistance. However, after waiting for a week with the seller’s investigation, they claimed that the parcel has been delivered and signed. Seriously? I have been telling them the reciever hasn’t received the parcel, so there should be the solution. In every responded mails, they keep saying ask residents and neighbours and keep looking for. They even claimed that they had that LSP’s investigation which claimed the parcel has been delivered and there’s only solution which is keep looking for. No refund! No replacement! I even asked them I dont need refund. I just want my items on my hand. But only soultion they offer is I have to keep looking around the delivery address. What a joke! It cost ne $400. First exensive online shopping with Shein was a nightmare. I am deleting the app.
Have you considered contacting Australia Post as it obviously wasn't signed by you as claimed. I was told recently from a delivery driver for Australia Post that some drivers just sign themselves but they are not supposed to. You can speak with a representative online in the chat option on Australia Post. I have always found them very helpful.
Sadly, they werenot AusPost. In my case, The courier company was IMile Aus.
I’m so grateful for the reviews. I almost purchased but now won’t. I like to do due diligence before using an online store for the first time. I can only see 2 responses by Shein. Pretty poor.
I tried using a gift card to pay for my order but it kept saying I put in the wrong card number or pin, both were correct.
That is absolutely typical!!! I kept trying to report the faults in the items they delivered to me & they kept telling me I hadn't received my order - I'd already photographed the faulty items in readiness to report to NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I placed an order and delivered. But I need to return one of the two dresses. There are no email sent to me and I can not find my order so I dont know how to return it
Customer Service is non-existent! Even when you do find it, it will simply drop out as soon as you upload photos, or it will say, "Sorry, I'll try harder next time." OR it will even tell you that you haven't received your order from them, even though you've taken the compulsory photos of the items to return (because they're unwearable & not fit for purpose), lol.
i have added the itmes in the cart but i am unable to pay for it. i d'ont get the payment page .
You're very lucky, dodged a real bullet and saved your money! In my experience, nothing they sell is worth paying $'s for, much less trying to get customer service to return it!

Don't feel special, no-one gets an answer from them it seems, ESPECIALLY when there's a problem with the order of "unfit for purpose" items rec'd that you wish to return!

totally agree, they are a load of rubbish. said they couldnt deliver yesterday wrong address and incorrect phone number. I have had problems with them in the past with TEMU deliveries, i am in transport and I have never heard of this company and been in transport for 40 plus years. i cant even get a hold of Shein nor the transport company, says change address and cant even do that.
Was your order eventually delivered? I have the same issue - it’s long overdue and they’re saying attempted delivery failed but my address and phone are correct

No, not anymore they used to be great when they used aus post changed to fast horse express, dreadful company, parcels don't turn up, read the reviews of fast horse , I would avoid shein and temu because of fast horse express

ABSOLUTELY IF YOU WANT TO BUY SECOND-RATE PRODUCT that is unfit for purpose, and don't even think about speaking to anyone regarding Customer Service for returns - I'm putting my returns in a bonfire!!!
