Hello! I had ordered a dress on shein.com on the 10th of December 2019 but since then received no order confirmation or email regarding the tracking of my order. I have already paid for the item and my order number is PHB97557. I request you to help me track my order.

I'm really confused with the returns process within Australia - on their website it says $6.95 return to their Sydney warehouse and refund given once return received but there are a few recent reviews on here that say you need to return to the US? Surely if they say return to an Aus warehouse on the website they have to abide by that? Does anyone have an answer for this? :(

I live in Sydney,Australia.Most of my packages were delivered to me around the 3rd week mark.
I have received several items all rubbish, sizes, material yuk!!!! one is like fleece material that has just been cut and edges left.
Now I am trying to contact them to return items and get a refund. Does anyone know how as they are making it very difficult ?grrrrrrr....
Hi Sel, this company is based in China. I threw all the items that i bought from them as they were not usable and its all crap. I was so angry and very disappointed with them. No information at all on how to get refund and return items. So, i didnt bother and the company is from China. This is a massive scam, i lost arnd $350 as i ordered a lot. Lesson learned, never buy again from this online sheln!!!!
Beware of all these online Chinese companies. There are a few who advertise on Facebook and Instagram ie. Shein, Buykud and quite a few others (can't remember all their names). They have learnt how to advertise to the western market. They are dishonest, take your money and do not refund. A big scam!
Hi, I have not dealt with these people however from my experience over very many years buying on the Internet, the best advice I can give is, DO NOT BUY FROM ANYBODY WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT VIA PAY PAL, unless it is a reputable company such as the large departmental stores etc. When you buy using Pay Pal you are protected, as problems can be addressed via Pay Pal. You open a dispute on the Pay Pal site and send your message to the seller there. The sell must reply. If you cannot resolve the problem you escalate it for Pay Pal to adjudicate. With the very many disputes I have raised via Pay Pal they have all been resolved in my favour sometimes within minutes and a full refund received.
Hi Sel, I feel for you, I have a number of items to return too. For each of the orders numbers you have with them, try raising/submitting a ticket/entry online letting them know that you are wanting to return for a refund.they will then get back to you with a return authorization number and a return address to thebUS.I was given a return authorization number for each item I wanted to return but now they tell me I should send them all together and that hey will refund me half the shipping cost.I'm not surenI trust them with this asbI read a review here that by rsusedbto pay the half shipping cost to the card for one of the customers. Also when 'Twister gets involved in email communication it all gets a bit too tricky.Also I have been told that all return items should be sent back in their original packing,ie, with barcodes still on them so don't throw away those pouches withe zip that items come in. Beware return postage with tracking to US from AUS is very expensive. Check other posts here about them not refunding even after receiving he returns. I will of course stay .away from them and similar online companies advertising on Facebook such as Rotita, Modlily, Fashionmia...etc as none of them seem very different to SheIn.most seem to be equally bad! Hi Lou, That sucks. I think the best way to get them to reply to your question and to compensate you for the missing item would be to submit a ticket. Login to you Shein account, then click on your name where it says Hi..... then select my tickets, from here select submit ticket.....then you'll be able to select the order number and write to them about the missing item and you'll be able to either ask them to send that item o you at no cost to you or if you prefer I guess you could ask them to refund to you the amount you paid for the missing item. But going by the various reviews on this site on refunds, you need to decide if you want to put yourself through all that trouble. Hope this helps.good luck anyways Lou.
How can your reviews range from one end of the scale to the other ? Some awful reviews and some great - u have the perfect dress I am looking for but I am terrified of spending so much money with u for my bridesmaids dresses and they are awful or don't fit? Where is ur factory located and are you an Australian based company?
They are definitely a company based in asia, their tags are not in english, I'm not sure what language but looks similar to Chinese.
Hi Angela, I'm simply an Australian buyer who feels completely ripped off when I received my purchases. The dress wasn't even the same dress I'd ordered. My guess as to why some reviews for the site are positive, is that they're paid reviews or even reviews written by people from the company to lure buyers. The negative reviews are from buyers like you and me.
I hope I've helped you save some money and disappointment.
I only realised it is a China based company after my purchase. I am honest with my review and do not recommend you to buy from them. you will regret like me.
They are Asian and the reason they get some positive reviews is because they have moles post positive remarks to try to suck people in. The company are thieves. Go elsewhere!!

The company is a scam and just want to take your money. If you buy from them, it will be your worst nightmare.
I have purchased a number of items from these guys but am not a happy camper and have stopped buying from them as it leaves me so deflated when I experience poor customer service or none at all. I have tracked number of my packages and they have all been shipped from Guangdong in China. When I try to get a return address, that is a US address, but when I check my credit card statement, it appears as Shein. com U.K. I am therefore confused at where their real base is, most likely in ChinaI wouldn't buy anything expensive first time if I were you from them and definitely not won't buy anything expensive. Delivery also takes awhile,so if I were you, I'd buy something not-so-expensive and not-too-important from them first as a dry run.after exp
Eriencing their customer service delivery times and quality of items, then you can if convinced buy something as special as bridesmaids dresses. Have a look,at other reviews too, you might change you mind completely about shopping with them.

I'm not sure. I've only ever ordered once from the site, and it's been enough to deter me from future purchases with them. You could try, best of luck! :)
Not sure dear as I have never cancelled any orders.You must give it a try. Submit a ticket for it via their site. They promise to get back within 24 hours to tickets. Good luck.
If I am unhappy with my purchase can I easily return it and get a refund? If this is the case and I hope not, how do we go about it?
I wanted to refund but the postage would have cost me as much as what I bought even more.. they don't cover postage costs Instead they refunded half of my total purchase and I kept the items.. not that I ever wore them. Put them in the clothing bin.
Hi Viv P, You should be able to return the item. Submit a ticket for it, and from the return reasons, you can select, "just want to return" you can then write to them that you aren't fully satisfied with the purchase and they are likely to accept that Asia good enough reason for a return. They did accept that reason for one of my items. HoweverbasbJess has mentioned, the return postage to thebUS is not cheap and you may end up paying more than the cost of the item as postage.
