VerifiedI can see that I am in the same boat as many dissatisfied customers. Lots of unfulfilled orders and only contact is through email with no response. Why is there no response from this company? Why are they still operating? Has Fair Trading been informed?
I was just about to make a complaint...I finally got a reply that my order is on it's way.
I ordered mid May, and under extreme pressure from me, I have been told 3 times that my parcel has been posted. But nothing. I am trying to work out a way to get my money back but am not hopeful. This used to be a good shop, but they have lost the plot and I can't believe they are still taking orders and advertising. Criminal
I have the motile number of the director, called several times and left messages but no reply, I emailed numerous times and no response , I warned them that I was going to take it further with my bank, Afterpay, ACCC etc and I did! The day after I called Afterpay I got an email from SB to say was parcel had been delivered. I got it in 2 days!!! I will not buy from them again, not worth the stress!! Good luck everyone!

Don’t buy from this company unless you’re prepared to risk never receiving your order and losing your money. The number of comments from angry, dissatisfied customers on this site and on their Facebook page says it all...from those who have either not received their order; received only part of their order; or received the wrong sized item and whose requests for order status updates and/or refunds were largely ignored. It has been happening for months - I don’t know why they’re still operating.
If this is a legitimate business why is it so different to get in contact with you. I understand it might be a busy time of the year but surely if you have enough time to update your Facebook site daily, why can you not return phone calls, emails or Facebook messages.
