Hi, you'll have to ask St Frock that question. I have no idea and no longer want to deal with them as they have terrible customer service. Their clothes are definitely overpriced too for what the quality.

We often buy similar styles to other brands, and we adhere to the recommended retail price, however because this is the brand's jurisdiction you might find other brands are willing to sell styles at a lower price. We always try to remain competitive and give our customers amazing pieces at a great value but unfortunately cannot compete with heavy discounts.

Thanks for getting in touch! We source some of our items from suppliers in NSW, and produce some of it in China. Our products are produced on our behalf by suppliers in NSW in a factory in Guangzhou. We have been working with this supplier for over 8 years, and they frequently travel to the factory to ensure that the working conditions and standards are reputable, and that the pay is fair.

We specifically selected this supplier because of their relationship with a reputable factory that we feel ethically comfortable working with.

Please be assured that St Frock is against exploitation, poor working conditions and unethical practice. We run a very small scale of production in China and have been able to maintain visibility of it.

What will you be doing about bad customer service? Don’t go into business with low quality products and then try to ignore your customers hoping they go away. I really hope your business model keeps you in business ,,, let’s see

What do you call it when you take someone’s money and not provide the goods? I call it unethical bad business. I will be seeking my rights in this matter. Don’t dare offer a credit on a product I haven’t received. Stop ripping customers off. Buyer beware

I'm a standard size 16 in tops & dresses, and St Frocks tops & dresses fit me fine. The pants I take a size 14, so if you go for your standard size you should be OK. They have a very easy return policy if they don't fit. Also you can phone or email them & they will actually measure things for you , so you can make your choice. Customer service is excellent.

Hi NJ, As there is no standard sizing for womens clothing, measurements will differ between styles. But definitely give us a call or send through an email with the names of the styles you are interested in and we can supply the measurements for you :)
