Hi there, I ordered a dress and it says estimated delivery is the 29th of April. Will it 100% be delivered on the 29th of April or it could be earlier? Because I need the dress for my graduation on the 29th of April and there were no option to do express shipping. My order number is 247495679. Thank you

Hi Iconic, I ordered a set of clothes valuing 100+ and I’m just wondering where my order is; my grandparents and I have been home these past two days and am wondering weather my package was even delivered or not? It says it had been delivered but I mean from my end there was nothing! Can you guys chase this up, for proof of delivery or an indication of where it was dumped! It just hurts my guts something I was so keen on wearing doesn’t even get delivered?

Hi iconic, I bought an Auguste dress recently. normally the size 8 fits really well, however it's too big. I took the tags off before i tried it on as it's never been a problem. Can I still return with the tags in the bag, just not attached?

Sending back your item for an exchange is easy! Simply follow the steps below: 1. Complete THE ICONIC returns form by logging in to your account. 2. Under the “Return an Item” section of your account, select an order and click “Return Item(s)”. 3. Select the item that you wish to return, choose exchange, your new size and the reason for return 4. Print your return shipping label (do not change the format) and attach it to your return parcel, ensuring you don't cover the barcode or address section with sticky tape and remove any existing labeling if you are using the ICONIC satchel 5. Drop off your return parcel at any Australia Post office so we can safely track its journey back to our Fulfillment Centre 6. It takes a couple of days to reach our Fulfillment Centre and once it has been received, we'll dispatch your new exchange order! Keep an eye out for our email notifications! We'll let you know once we receive your return and we'll also email you the new tracking details for the exchange so you can track the delivery. - Damien​

I recently received shoes as a gift from Christmas and only tried it on, however I didn't like it so I trying to refund the shoe but unsure if it will be accepted. I also threw away the paper inside the shoe by accident. Will I still be able to get refunded? There are no marks or scuffs anywhere on the shoes

Give them a call at Iconic customer service they are fantastic!Hi Tyler, Thank you so much for reaching out! If we do not receive initiated returns back within 2 weeks the return is automatically switched off so if you wish to keep your purchase you do not need to do anything further. You will still be able to use the same return label you were given at initiation as this is not affected by the change in the items you are returning :) I hope this helps but of course, if you need any further help please let me know. - Damien

My return has been approved and I have printed the label and will be posting it today but I just realised it will be over 30 days by the time the item will be received by you. Hi there! I ordered shoes size AU8, upon receiving fitting the shoes, I noticed that I received size AU 7 even if the shoe box indicates a size AU 8.
