Yes . Ugg Boots made in Australia. As for contacting, it was all done by email. I have no problem with the costumer service . I read a few reviews saying uncontactable by phone. All communication was done by emails. Sorry to read that your unable to get through to them. Keep trying.

Beware of any Boots or Shoes you buy online, it doesn't matter how much you think you're saving, always best to try them on in store to make sure they fit. As for the length, do not get conned into being told the boot will stretch, the length of the boot will NOT stretch, so if your toe hits the end of the boot when you try them on, they are too SMALL & no amount of stretching will fix them. With sizing, always remember that US sizes are generally 1 size smaller than UK or Aus sizes, if you wear a size 9 UK then you need a size 10 US, this is for Men's sizing, not sure how the Women's sizes work.

I havnt bought from Blue Star but I had a look at there website at the ugg boots they don't look that good my opinion.....but its up to you
