Uniqlo Questions & Answers
Why do Uniqlo use the worst courier company they possibly can. Following my still undelivered order which (CouriersPlease ) said they tried to deliver last Monday 10th May, but no one at home ( untrue, both my wife and I home all day) left card (untrue no card found) so my order remains in limbo with many others. I say this because my wife had exactly the same scenario with her last and final order from you. Read the Couriers Please reviews and you will see that I am not alone in my criticism, then do your company a big favour and change couriers.
Because they are arrogant and think people will buy their clothes no matter what. Let's see where they are in 5 years!
Will Uniqlo be stocking Heat tech velvet leggings this year. If so when will they be available. Thank you n
So excited to see the Perth store today :) Massive fan of Japan & items that are created there!! A friend told me of their experience in Japan finding Japanese made clothing at Uniqlo :) Total disappointment to view products made in China, Taiwan, Vietnam :(
What clothing is actually made in Japan? Is it in a specific section in the store? Please help!!
Hi Marie,
They are just Japanese by the name. There's no specific section. Everything including the staff is Chinese and some even hardly speak English.
Nothing is special about this brand just cheap terrible customer service. Good Luck!!
Recently I had purchase 2 items from Uniqlo online , one was out of stock and they said will refund to me.Contact them with calls and 3 emails already 2 weeks my refund still pending. Anyone have same problems?
Try ringing their 1800 number and going to option "5" I found the two people who answer this extension extremely helpful.
I have just placed another order because I was so happy with the first.......I'll let you know. Good luck
Had my refund after 2 weeks ( chased them up with 2 emails and 3 calls to their customer services.)
