Hi, please advise why there is no-one to speak to in Customer Service? When you call you are automatically responded by a recording advising you to go to live chat or state your enquiry, both useless. What has happened to customer service?

Why will a store not order a size in for you if they don’t have it?

Because they're lazy haha no seriously, it might be due to transport cost or some other factor, but it's no excuse because other businesses with cheaper items do it for the customer for no extra cost, yet Witchery doesn't. It's stupid.

Seems like they can afford to lose the business....very strange from my perspective. I tried 3 stores to get a size 8 in a skirt and no one had but because of company policy they were not able to order it in for me.

Gosh...no wonder their customer service reviews only rate 2 stars.

Hi ,am I able to do a return in-store if I've paid via afterpay and the payments have yet to start?

Hi

As far as İ know with online afterpay purchases you can not return in store. However in store afterpay purchases you should be able to return in store. But worth asking

Do the clothes run true to size? I want to order the Cut Out Shoulder Top and was wondering if I should order the S or M. I'm 32B and 5'1, 118 lbs.

I would say they definitely run true to size. I'm 5'11 and the medium tops fit me and I'm 140 pounds! They usually have a lot of stretch too in most styles - try for the more fitted styles they are usually right on. Their size chart is really generous x

No they are definitely not true to size. It’s one of my big problems with Witchery. I can buy anything from an XS to a medium there. I am a size 12 and buy 12 pretty much everywhere. Witchery and country road are similar in their weird sizing and I think they are owned by the same company..
