with the optimum 9400 essentials. I like the compact size, the glass jug and the steel grinding jug. It would’ve been nice if the chopper jug was in glass also. Housing and controls not as solid as my previous mixer but it definitely seems more powerful with a lot more options. If it came with a glass chopper jug and the controls and housing was a bit more heavy duty, I would’ve given it a five star review. However overall really happy with this purchase and would recommend.

We got this as our friend had this one previously and recently bought the Vitamix, however said she wish she got another one of these! She said shes… Read more

This blender has been so sturdy since I purchased it in 2020. I just recently had an issue that was quickly addressed by the team. Turned out to be the blender's protection circuitry :)

I wish the bowl had a handle which would make it easier to pour the cake batter into the cake pans. Other than that the mixer is very powerful and a real work horse.

veges, and sliced and grated vegetables. It has worked so well and made it so easy to have fresh foods for my meals! We are very happy with this purchase. One container did arrive cracked, but an email to Froothie was sent and they arranged a replacement to be sent within 24 hours. I'm very happy to have one appliance that does a number of things, as my kitchen is small and doesn't have much storage.

Now that I know how to use it properly, thanks to the support team, it works fine making my smoothies. Hopefully it works well for making dips and sauces. Haven’t got that far yet
