Arrogant, dismissive and downright rude. All she and her business care about is money. Full stop. There are so many better fitness instructors and apps to support.

I was really disappointed with my experience. I paid $127 for a fitness challenge and thought that would be the end of the cost. During checkout,… Read more
there was an option for “Extended Access” that showed as $0, so I assumed it was simply a free bonus to access the app after the program finished.
A week after completing the challenge, I was unexpectedly charged $28. When I contacted customer service, they explained that the extended access was actually a subscription that becomes paid after a few months. While they say the information was included in the terms, having ”$0 Extended Access” displayed during checkout without making it obvious that it would automatically become a recurring paid subscription is, in my opinion, very misleading.
After looking into it, I found I’m not the only person this has happened to, yet the company refused to refund the charge, even though I cancelled the subscription as soon as I realised what had happened.
The fitness program itself was fine, but the way the subscription is presented left a really bad impression. I would strongly recommend that anyone signing up carefully checks for any automatic renewals or recurring subscriptions before purchasing.
It feels like the checkout process could be much clearer and more transparent so customers know exactly what they’re agreeing to. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I wouldn’t purchase from them again.

I'm doing things I've never thought I'd be doing at my age. When I first started this program I thought that losing 10 kg would the maximum weight I could lose and I have lost 15 kg and I haven't weighed the weight I am in over 35 years. Jacob my coach has been very supportive and has given me great advice, especially for someone who hasn't been to the gym and wasn't sure how to even use the equipment.

providing some personalised motivation tips it would be better than the radio silence. Perhaps this program is better for SA and WA members who can interact at some of the events.

Overpriced, terrible meals, repetitive fitness which is too difficult for mature users. Not worth the money at all, there are better programs on the market for free. Refuse to cancel despite health proof, poor customer service eg NONE

helping people improve, no matter their level. If the gym wasn’t this good, I wouldn’t have stayed for so long, and neither would so many other long-term members. It’s a friendly, welcoming place with a real sense of community, and the no-mirrors environment keeps the focus on training, not appearances. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. time or money – Where to begin. I signed up for ACFPT due to the positive reviews, which I now suspect are all fakes; basically every 5 star review is from an account that has only ever reviewed one company (ACFPT) and has a super generic avatar. It's fishy, to say the least. The reviews themselves are also very, very odd. "Provides informative courses that ensure students are sound in the field they have chosen and that they have an understanding in their field." - nice review, ChatGPT.
The course is dreadful. I'm only finishing it because I can't get a refund, and just want to get the Cert III and IV so I can start working at a gym.
The entire course is just PDF's compiled from information found on various public websites. No videos, no interactivity. You're then asked thousands of overly repetitive questions, again, in pure text. The word count is INSANE. Easily 3x a university dissertation. No multiple-choice, just paragraph after paragraph of mundane re-writing of the source material. They constantly remind you that "clients learn in various ways, so be sure to adapt to their learning style!", yet they, laughably, don't apply that to their own course. As one other reviewer put it, it's truly mind-numbing. The material is littered with spelling errors and missing words.
They then expect you to find a personal trainer who will essentially baby-sit you for 60 hours (!?) for free, and take on various tasks with their clients, most of which are vague, poorly worded, or simply irrelevant. I'm just lucky that I happen to be on a good standing with the personal trainer at my gym, and he was happy to help out. But generally speaking, such a request is a tall order. This was written by Andy and could not be more accurate!!!

with breast cancer. I actually got messages from Harna saying "has something happened? you have not downloaded your workout"? "what's wrong?" etc. etc. I have been totally preoccupied with Mum's medical appointments and was happy to accept the low fee I signed up for but was not prepared for the second whopping fee of $141.57 AUD which was taken out of my bank account, even though they knew I never used their program. I have been in touch with them to see if they will refund the huge cost of the second program, so believe me, they have no intention of helping you. I am going to be in touch with the Department of Consumer Protection and I recommend everyone who is experiencing the same "rip off" as I have to do the same. Organisations like this need to be held to account. Kim Koch (disgruntled customer)

sport disciplines is very challenging and trying to maintain focus can be very difficult. GK monitor my progress mental and physical, provide encouragement when things get tough (and it does during a Ironman build) and are willing to listen and modify the program to suit “life commitments” and injuries (training can be brutal).
GK has turned my poor swimming ability into a very confident and competent swimmer. They have helped me unlock my potential on the bike. Running was a discipline I used to hate, but GK has turned this around to the point where I love my run days with great sets and challenges, even when I’m broken!
Overall GK has brought my triathlon life to the next level, whilst making it sustainable. Love being apart of the GK crew!!!

very different from what she expected coming from Year 12 studies. Classes felt disorganised and the teaching support did not meet our expectations. The teacher appeared inexperienced and the overall learning environment lacked structure.
After contacting head office to discuss our concerns, we were advised the options were to either continue the course online or lose over $6,000 already paid, as there were no refunds available. Because of this, she switched to the online option.
Unfortunately, the online experience wasn't much better. Support while studying remotely was minimal despite multiple requests for assistance. At one stage, even a teacher appeared unable to properly explain or clarify one of the online assessments, which was frustrating and concerning.
Communication with head office was also difficult. Attempts to call often failed and getting through for support became a challenge.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not what we expected from a training provider. Based on our experience, I would encourage people to thoroughly explore other study options before committing.
