generous. When I was away I coukdn't find a shop that sold it and had to buy a packet of cereal that was a similar size on the out side but had half the amount in the packet compared to sustain which is always full to the top .I absolutely love Sustain it is very tasty and not too sweet.I thoroughly recommend it as a good value breakfast cereal.

Best High Fibre breakfast! – I struggle with my daily fibre intake and this is the best breakfast option I've found so far. Some people seem to think it's a bit tasteless, but I don't think so. Some honey cereals are far too sweet, but this one is just right. Show details

Great texture great flavour but too sweet – Flakes perfect size and texture. Flavour is quite good - Not too wheaty. Like to eat for breakfast with fresh raw fruit especially paw paw, pear,… Read more

mango- and a dash of yoghurt. Also like it as a supper snack to nibble with a cup of tea or coffee. I would like to change the Sweetness however- it has synthetic note - intense and strong - prefer a gentler, more mellow, natural healthy tasting sweetness. I can see sugar content not high, and that is good

Once again, Kellogs have ruined a good thing. Special k has gone from crispy in texture and dark brown in colour with a sharp protein hit to light… Read more

brown looking and tasting like cardboard. Kelloggs need to learn not to ruin a good thing. Why dont they create a new tasteless product instead of ruining the existing ones. This is the first time I have bought Kelloggs in 2 years. Never again. I dont need their disgusting cereal in my mouth they have ruined then all-cocoa Pops, nutra grain and all the rest

I rarely write negative reviews, but this one genuinely saddens me. I grew up enjoying Kellogg’s Fruit Loops in the 70s. They were a special treat… Read more

in our home, and over the years I’ve continued buying them for my own family. It’s been a nostalgic little tradition, one that has spanned more than four decades.

Three weeks ago, we purchased a box, expecting that familiar flavour and quality. Sadly, it was nothing like we remembered. The taste has changed significantly, the texture feels different, and the overall quality simply isn’t what it once was. The box has barely been touched, something that would have been unheard of in our household previously, as we would easily go through one in a few days.

I understand that companies evolve, recipes change, and costs rise. However, when a product with such strong brand loyalty shifts so noticeably in flavour and quality, it feels incredibly disappointing. Long-standing customers notice, and we remember.

It’s disheartening to feel that a trusted favourite has been compromised. After more than 45 years of purchasing this product, we won’t be buying it again.

of nothing. Yet another company that decided to short change their customers, cut costs, decimate the product and pretend nothing has changed. Shameful. This is a wretched world we live in.

Coco Pops O...So Yummy! – My kids love this cereal. They can eat it everyday and not complain. It has great tasting flavour and is very filling as well. I love the Kelogg's… Read more

Coco Pops O's chocolate flavour combined in the fresh milk. It is a complete breakfast. My kids also ask for this during snack hours. I like the fact that Kelogg's Coco Pops O is made with wheat and oats. It is a good source of vitamins and minerals as well as fibre that keeps the kids going and active. It can also be a good packed snack on the go for kids. Great tasting, affordable

Be wary of misleading packaging! Your purchase may fall short of what you expect. Compare the Kellogg’s packaging with Sanitarium’s. Kellogg’s is barely 1/2 full. This is not a one off, all packets are the same.

Woolworths special $5.50 but normally $6.59... seriously? – It sounded good in the review. We spotted it at Woolworths Sunday 9th, May 2021 with a price that is supposed to be marked down from $6.59. So the… Read more

special price is $5.50 so let's get one.

Took a photo (for this review but no way of including it) the special tagged price is hiding the actual price behind. It looks like they are pretending to offer a special price by saying it should be $6.59 but it seems the normal price behind the specials tag was $5.50

Kellogg’s as a company has unique origins, with roots in the Seventh-day Adventist church—a movement that strongly promoted plant-based diets while… Read more

discouraging animal-based foods, often on ideological and religious grounds rather than sound science. That heritage has influenced the company’s approach to food manufacturing for more than a century.

When examining All-Bran specifically, the product is marketed as a high-fiber, heart-healthy breakfast option. However, the reality is less impressive. The cereal is built on heavily processed grains, stripped of their natural nutrients and then “fortified” with synthetic vitamins and minerals to compensate for what has been lost. To make it palatable, sugar is added, undermining the supposed health positioning.

While fiber can arguably be a benefit, it comes packaged with drawbacks. Regular consumption of such cereals may lead to rapid blood sugar spikes, increasing the risk of insulin resistance and prediabetes. In addition, the sugar content contributes to oral health issues such as tooth decay. The result is a food that is more of a processed product than a truly nourishing meal.

All-Bran represents the pitfalls of industrialized “health foods”—a reliance on marketing over meaningful nutrition. For better metabolic stability and long-term wellness, breakfasts based on whole, nutrient-dense foods—such as eggs, Greek yogurt with berries, or other minimally processed options—are far more beneficial.

in a small box, so eat it sparingly! The best tasting muesli EVER in my opinion. Excellent balance of tastes and textures.

Breakfast = Komplete or nothing! On a size to price ratio it is a little expensive. Saying that, it does need to come in a larger box, because it tastes that good, one person ends up eating the whole box in a couple of days.
