approved for voluntary assisted dying (VAD) and then the approval was revoked under spurious circumstances.

Ultimately, he was made to go through the process all over again despite no more VAD doctors being available in our area, the ongoing and unbearable pain the patient was enduring and the fact that the opioid medications that were supposed to relieve his pain did not do that but were surely degrading his mental capacity, which he needed in order to go through with his final wish... to die peacefully at home, when he was ready.

I left details with someone at this firm to see what they could do to help; I originally only wanted them to write letters on my behalf requesting information under FOI that they would be more experienced at composing, and may have a faster turn-around time if submitted by a lawyer.

To be fair, I wasn't summarily turned away, but they obviously didn't listen to what I was asking them to do.

I contacted them yesterday, and they got back to me today with some nonsense about not being able to help because of things to do with his treatment and such, when the treatment was death, but it was supposed to be peaceful and painless... not take 8 hours for sedatives to push him over the edge!

What's more, the text message I received was addressed to my deceased husband, not me.

If they can't even get a simple message right, how are they supposed to put together successful cases?

How did they 'earn' their good reputation?

All I can say is that they showed their true colours before I parted with a red cent!

insisting we go later which allowed 4 previous cases to have successful appeals and the judge stating he never lets 3 appeals in a row succeed so when he let the 4th be successful the gun was loaded against me.

I had a better cases for no suspension than the others and today I had to terminate 5 employees which I blame squarely on you, the other 5 I will have to see if I can keep them but after todays debacle.

results. Their AI got the wrong address and submitted this to ASIC, we informed Lawpath who then wanted $300 to correct their mistake, I did it free of charge through ASIC. ALL of their company documents had the wrong address on them so we cancelled their service and was promised a refund due to their incompetence. This was never forthcoming!! Trying to contact this company is like "Mission Impossible" all calls get farmed off to an OS call centre whose only script is we will get a team member to contact you. Again this is never forthcoming. I have over 20 attempts to contact this company in 2 weeks. To add injury to insult they automatically set up up on a subscription service for their "ongoing service" to you. If this is their "service Im glad I spotted their scam and cancelled it. Use another company this company needs to learn how to treat customers correctly.
