The excuse again was the printer so no one will be coming today as we can’t print bills and receipts. Really could they not email them! a couple of weeks after the treatment took place and documented with clear photos. Paint bubbling has occured in a clear spray pattern around the perimeter matching how the treatment is applied. The damaged section of the house was built and painted only 6 months prior.

In the months that have followed with numerous emails back and forth, the company has been very unhelpful, shirking responsibility, theorising about how it's a "moisture problem", and refusing to return our money let alone pay for the damage they've caused.

We are so disappointed that a business would treat clients like this. We have now engaged Consumer Affairs to move forward.
