scratch resistant lol….. At a cost of between $80 - $110 per square mtr. Expensive……. It’s to be hoped that this new product far exceeds the results from Timber Restore/ Timber Refresh which are absolutely pathetic. Neither of these product coatings can withstand having a dog in the house. ( a small 4kg dog )I have had both of these coatings applied and the end results have been disastrous after only a couple of months. Extremely visible scratch’s all over the floor. And I mean all over the floor….. Coatings used are way too soft. . I have previously wrote 3 reviews about this problem. After my first review Electrodry did come and redo the floor leaving it a bigger mess than before it was done. A honeycomb /blistering look all over the floor. They blamed the product……They had to come back a week later to rectify the mess they had made of the floor.. Then after only a short time the scratch marks were worse than ever. Electrodry sent a technician to view the floor and take photos. Electrodrys conclusion……….normal wear & tear..My little dog just has to walk on the floor and a new scratch appears But hey. according to Electrodry that’s normal wear & tear…………Really…… So as I said it’s to be hoped that this new product gives better longer lasting scratch resistant result. I won’t hold my breath……….

Include the bank account that they got you to send the money to the email address they used was generalsolutions.au@gmail.com And when you ask for an invoice they tell you to contact aus.invoices@smail.com the phone number we got them on was 0466695051 we try to have the money reversed through our bank and even Westpac have the company is not contactable. How does somebody open a bank account when they are not contactable?
