call so when I rang the guy said they were having problems with their printer but will be out between 12 and 2 pm. I waited till 2.30 then rang again. The excuse again was the printer so no one will be coming today as we can’t print bills and receipts. Really could they not email them! So I waited most of the day with everything out of both wardrobes all sitting in my bathroom as I don’t have garage. I chose Dawsons because of the reviews . Very disappointed. Never again

The guy checked every corner inside and out, pointed out a few spots where ants were nesting, and treated everything properly. Prices were fair, no hidden extras or nonsense upselling. It’s been over a month and we haven’t seen a single roach or spider, which is rare in Melbourne this time of year. He even gave me a few tips to help keep them away. They came on time steam clean our 2 year old carpet and rugs mostly in living and dining also on our 3 bedrooms and its thorough clean after smells great too and not harmful with pets.

a couple of weeks after the treatment took place and documented with clear photos. Paint bubbling has occured in a clear spray pattern around the perimeter matching how the treatment is applied. The damaged section of the house was built and painted only 6 months prior.

In the months that have followed with numerous emails back and forth, the company has been very unhelpful, shirking responsibility, theorising about how it's a "moisture problem", and refusing to return our money let alone pay for the damage they've caused.

We are so disappointed that a business would treat clients like this. We have now engaged Consumer Affairs to move forward.

Sam is the best man to for any bond cleaning job in logan. He is such a gentleman. Got my full bond back because of him. He went above what he promised and the team worked an extra hour to clean the house to make sure I receive my full bond back.
