need a quote to clean. She took down the details of the furniture: size, fabric type etc & all of my détails and said she would send an email to which I had to send photos of the type of furniture and the texta marks. I did this and she responded that from the photos the texta was not removable but they could clean them regardless. I said ok could you please provide a quote. The only quote available she said was just a casual email réponse with a price. I said ok, not very formal but ok. She sent the first quote and missed items and then i proceeded to send 15 email back a forth in a day to get the quote right and each time she sent a different price. In The end I said forget it I’ll go else where. Pretty simple: a 4 seater Linen couch and 1 one seater armchair (photos provided) and to add on the anitbrown treatment. What a waste of hours of my time. She was a poor communicator, understood nothing and couldn’t do a very basic job. I went elsewhere and have booked the job. What a shame for Electrodry, extremely frustrating interaction for a very simple thing!

I called Pete the Possum Man and they sent out Michael with 2 new houses and promptly put them in my tree in the backyard. Lovely man and a great job. I love my possums…it wouldn’t be a home without them. Maybe Pete the Possum Man should approach the council about putting boxes in the trees in the park…just a thought.

throughout our process. Brett was incredibly thorough and took the time after the inspection to explain the defects, seriousness / impacts or how to resolve / who to engage. Brett explained everything in a manner that was easy to digest and not overwhelming, he was honest, to the point and made sure all our questions were answered giving us the peace of mind to move forward with the sale knowing exactly what was up! We have had bad experiences with other companies before so we will definitely be using Brett and Jacki in the future and honestly we can’t recommend them enough.

A courteous and diligent Mr Hyca was very thorough in checking right around and inside the house including wooden structures around.

Verbally abusive when questioned. God help you if you find our what is said vs what gets written down different. Have witnesses when dealing with their technicians (ideally record it).

Within 24 hours a fresh pet accident mark and odour remained, but instead of honouring those promises the company simply relied on generic disclaimers and refused to return to inspect the work. Poor customer service, poor after sales support, and not the premium service that was promised.

The guy checked every corner inside and out, pointed out a few spots where ants were nesting, and treated everything properly. Prices were fair, no hidden extras or nonsense upselling. It’s been over a month and we haven’t seen a single roach or spider, which is rare in Melbourne this time of year. He even gave me a few tips to help keep them away. They came on time steam clean our 2 year old carpet and rugs mostly in living and dining also on our 3 bedrooms and its thorough clean after smells great too and not harmful with pets.

I’m giving three stars is the appointment window was a bit vague and I ended up waiting most of the morning. Job itself was fine though, and the wasps haven’t come back since. Overall decent but timing could improve.
