scratch resistant lol….. At a cost of between $80 - $110 per square mtr. Expensive……. It’s to be hoped that this new product far exceeds the results from Timber Restore/ Timber Refresh which are absolutely pathetic. Neither of these product coatings can withstand having a dog in the house. ( a small 4kg dog )I have had both of these coatings applied and the end results have been disastrous after only a couple of months. Extremely visible scratch’s all over the floor. And I mean all over the floor….. Coatings used are way too soft. . I have previously wrote 3 reviews about this problem. After my first review Electrodry did come and redo the floor leaving it a bigger mess than before it was done. A honeycomb /blistering look all over the floor. They blamed the product……They had to come back a week later to rectify the mess they had made of the floor.. Then after only a short time the scratch marks were worse than ever. Electrodry sent a technician to view the floor and take photos. Electrodrys conclusion……….normal wear & tear..My little dog just has to walk on the floor and a new scratch appears But hey. according to Electrodry that’s normal wear & tear…………Really…… So as I said it’s to be hoped that this new product gives better longer lasting scratch resistant result. I won’t hold my breath……….

Within 24 hours a fresh pet accident mark and odour remained, but instead of honouring those promises the company simply relied on generic disclaimers and refused to return to inspect the work. Poor customer service, poor after sales support, and not the premium service that was promised.

The guy checked every corner inside and out, pointed out a few spots where ants were nesting, and treated everything properly. Prices were fair, no hidden extras or nonsense upselling. It’s been over a month and we haven’t seen a single roach or spider, which is rare in Melbourne this time of year. He even gave me a few tips to help keep them away. The company has many different companies and different mobile numbers. It appears they are a scam. My bank is putting a formal complaint to their bank ANZ also to ASIC. I have lodged a complaint with Small claims to proceed with legal action. My curtains are totally damaged see the photos. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I’m giving three stars is the appointment window was a bit vague and I ended up waiting most of the morning. Job itself was fine though, and the wasps haven’t come back since. Overall decent but timing could improve.
