I called customer service twice and was only met with scripted apologies and claims that they "could not contact their team." Furthermore, I found the information on their website to be misleading. They advertise same-day service and operation hours until 8:00 PM, yet every call I made after 5:00 PM was directed to an "after-hours" service that could not assist. This lack of professionalism and communication caused a significant disruption to our schedule with other contractors working on our home. I would strongly advise against using this business if you require reliability or accountability.

Happy with how it turned out. Ordered a 6m³ skip for green waste and light debris. Mark gave a quick heads-up before arrival and positioned it properly to avoid overhang onto the footpath. Collection was done without any fuss.

They provide a first class service in all respects and nothing is too much trouble. Anytime I have called up for a bin it has been delivered same day or next day. Communication is exceptional with text messages to advise on delivery and pick up in advance with the ability to track exactly when the delivery truck is and eta of arrival. Andy and the delivery drivers are super friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend them highly enough.

finally picked up a week late and gave me 5 minutes notice while I was in a conference call for work so interrupted my presentation. Then charged me an additional $300 for excess weight apparently at the tip even though I had really light things in my skip bin. Scammers, do not hire from these guys, you will end up paying more & getting stuck with a bin & they are uncontactable but when they want you to pay up for extra charges they certainly make sure to be in touch. I will happily pay more next time for a more professional & honest service.
