I had the bin for 4 days so l had extra time if the weather changed . Helens driver George dropped the bin, he was also polite , helpful and funny.

And they are way more expensive than local operators it turns out. Terrible communication (if you get any), terrible bin placement, terrible scheduling (if you have any time or delivery dependencies, AVOID), really obnoxious and misogynist operator that I dealt with - maybe the others aren't so awful? They provide a first class service in all respects and nothing is too much trouble. Anytime I have called up for a bin it has been delivered same day or next day. Communication is exceptional with text messages to advise on delivery and pick up in advance with the ability to track exactly when the delivery truck is and eta of arrival. Andy and the delivery drivers are super friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend them highly enough.

finally picked up a week late and gave me 5 minutes notice while I was in a conference call for work so interrupted my presentation. Then charged me an additional $300 for excess weight apparently at the tip even though I had really light things in my skip bin. Scammers, do not hire from these guys, you will end up paying more & getting stuck with a bin & they are uncontactable but when they want you to pay up for extra charges they certainly make sure to be in touch. I will happily pay more next time for a more professional & honest service.

Might want to fix the oil leaks on their trucks. They are an absolute disgrace, spewing oil all over the road. Oh and by the way, drivers, the curbs are not part of the road.

missed two collections and can't get to our locations for another week! Their phone system has also been sporadic at 'picking up'. Stayed on hold for close to 36 minutes on Friday while the recorded message said I was first in the queue and my call would be answered in 5 minutes! Another message was to leave my number and they would call me straight back - I called 5 times, left number and did not get one call back! Veolia - you have missed two collections and we are left with a health issue on site.

time , I call. No answer . I call again , they say they’ll let me know within the hour . At 4.35pm on Friday afternoon, they tell me they can’t find anyone to take on my request. They’re not even based where I live, they’re in Sydney. So I plan for 3 days to use bin, now , no bin, maybe Monday. I email to say forget it , cancel it and refund me. I then call a local guy and delivers same day as advertised, not like these guys. Hopeless, waiting on my refund.

Disgusting customer service. Claim you get bin for five days but it is actually 4 days. Then other time they left bin for two weeks. DO NOT USE TOTAL WASTER OR DIAL A BIN WHICH IS THEIR WEBSITE
