appointment confirming a 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM arrival window—the team failed to show up. Worse yet, I received no notice, call, or follow-up regarding the delay. I called customer service twice and was only met with scripted apologies and claims that they "could not contact their team." Furthermore, I found the information on their website to be misleading. They advertise same-day service and operation hours until 8:00 PM, yet every call I made after 5:00 PM was directed to an "after-hours" service that could not assist. This lack of professionalism and communication caused a significant disruption to our schedule with other contractors working on our home. I would strongly advise against using this business if you require reliability or accountability.

They provide a first class service in all respects and nothing is too much trouble. Anytime I have called up for a bin it has been delivered same day or next day. Communication is exceptional with text messages to advise on delivery and pick up in advance with the ability to track exactly when the delivery truck is and eta of arrival. Andy and the delivery drivers are super friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend them highly enough.

finally picked up a week late and gave me 5 minutes notice while I was in a conference call for work so interrupted my presentation. Then charged me an additional $300 for excess weight apparently at the tip even though I had really light things in my skip bin. Scammers, do not hire from these guys, you will end up paying more & getting stuck with a bin & they are uncontactable but when they want you to pay up for extra charges they certainly make sure to be in touch. I will happily pay more next time for a more professional & honest service.

Several times they missed bin collection and even though it was reported they never collected rubbish in mandatory three days after missing collection. The most recent incident on 26 Feb 2026.

when challenged on their customer service and business ethics - tole me to get a life and hung up on me. The man (I didn't get his name) swore at me when I told him the location of the bin wasn't acceptable and it needed to be moved. They could all use some lessons in customer service and professionalism!!!!

The bin was supposed to be delivered Friday 6th March. They emailed on Wednesday 4th to say they would be delivering it on the Thursday. I emailed back stating that no one would be home and re-confirming the location for drop off as we have just had landscaping done and I did not want it positioned on this. Sure enough, they delivered it anyway and put it exactly where I had asked them not to. My husband called, sent photos - no response, so I followed up with a call the next day - the phone call in which the man swore at me and completely disregarded the damage they had done to our landscaping, telling me it was just bloody pea gravel and to get over it! He then told me it would get moved that day.

Fast forward a week. The bin has STILL not been moved. Today is the day it is booked to be collected. I called the office to confirm this and was passed around (put on hold twice, then handed to [Name Removed]). [Name Removed] told me the bin wasn't going to be collected today and that she wasn't able to even confirm that it would be collected on Monday. When I told her that this wasn't good enough and that the bin was supposed to have been moved on Monday and was booked for pick up today and that we also had additional works that are supposed to have commenced in the location their bin is in, she launched into a tirade about how I need to get a life, that if talking to people like this is what made me feel good in life then I am pathetic. I challenged her back and said that her customer service was a joke and that the whole company is a joke to which she replied "I don't get paid enough for this" and hung up on me.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT! If I could score them a 0/5 I would!!!!
