appointment confirming a 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM arrival window—the team failed to show up. Worse yet, I received no notice, call, or follow-up regarding the delay. I called customer service twice and was only met with scripted apologies and claims that they "could not contact their team." Furthermore, I found the information on their website to be misleading. They advertise same-day service and operation hours until 8:00 PM, yet every call I made after 5:00 PM was directed to an "after-hours" service that could not assist. This lack of professionalism and communication caused a significant disruption to our schedule with other contractors working on our home. I would strongly advise against using this business if you require reliability or accountability.

They provide a first class service in all respects and nothing is too much trouble. Anytime I have called up for a bin it has been delivered same day or next day. Communication is exceptional with text messages to advise on delivery and pick up in advance with the ability to track exactly when the delivery truck is and eta of arrival. Andy and the delivery drivers are super friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend them highly enough.

finally picked up a week late and gave me 5 minutes notice while I was in a conference call for work so interrupted my presentation. Then charged me an additional $300 for excess weight apparently at the tip even though I had really light things in my skip bin. Scammers, do not hire from these guys, you will end up paying more & getting stuck with a bin & they are uncontactable but when they want you to pay up for extra charges they certainly make sure to be in touch. I will happily pay more next time for a more professional & honest service.

discovering the fence obstructing our property, I approached one of the peple on site to request its removal. Regrettably, the interaction was marred by impoliteness and aggression from the worker, who even dropped my bag and used inappropriate language. Fortunately, another individual intervened, demonstrating professionalism by apologising for the incident.

Such behavior from Burton Demolition people is unacceptable and has left us feeling quite uncomfortable.
