Reading through the reviews on here, it appears the positive ones are mainly from people who have purchased products online from Australia Post's own online shop website. The negative ones appear to be from people who have purchased online from other vendors' websites and are still waiting for their parcels to arrive. Does Australia Post prioritise delivery of its OWN parcels? If so, isn't this anti competitive behaviour which should be looked at by the ACCC?

Dear Australia Post, Why Dont you answer questions and what are you doing to restore Australias faith in Australia Post. So far, you just seem to still blame everything on the Pandemic, make no apologies for corrupt behaviour amongst your executives and push your profits whilst ‘streamlining’ (decreasing efficiency, honestly, services and worse). I have not met ONE Aus Post staff member in the past few years who are even slightly satisfied with their job. Shameful or where are your replies? Their needs to be a a full investigation into your operations for legality and compliance!
Why does the person from Australia Post delivering the goods to the front door not ring the door bell or knock, only leaves a collection slip wedged in the security door ?

On 11/5/22 someone has processed an in transit redirection. Is there any way you can tell me who has changed the delivery address? I would have thought that this could only be done by myself as the recipient. Is it possible that the sender could have done this?
Claim insurance. If the parcel is even slightly valuable, take Aus Post to the Small Claims Tribunal. You would obviously win, but more likely, they will pay you the value before going to your local magistrate.

Hi, I was just wondering why lately all my parcels are in transit to Adelaide airport (i live in SA) only to be then "transferred" to Chullora NSW, before coming back to SA again?
