I tried to cancedl my application one hour after I made a paypal payment but could find no way to do this. How do I cancel my application within the cooling period without teh ability to contact you. Please advise as soom as possible

I declined the insurance after seeing changes appeared in the policy, 1 hour after receiving the certificate. this is within the mandatory cooling off period. Your process needs to recognize legislative requirements. Return my money.

Hello there, If you would like to cancel your policy we have a few options available: you can email your request for cancellation, apply for a cancellation via our online refund request form (please note this method may take up to 15 days to be processed) or alternatively you can contact us via phone and request the cancellation.
