I bought these bio tec sandals today they are extremely painful to wear Do you get used to them?
I never found them painful but a little sloppy to wear as there was a lack of adjustment especially if you have narrow flat feet.
I bought the lime green sandals, 2 days ago, they are wonderful, I don't like to take them off, wear them inside and outside, my leg and foot don't ache when I wear them, I did buy size 9 when I normally wear 8 and size is good, best footwear ever.
Yes they are painful.BUT if you wear them half an hour on then build up they will help realign your feet and ankles and you will notice less pain overall . I didn't wear them through winter and I noticed a difference. I had to build it up all over again ...
These are orthopedic sandals with arch support to push up the medial foot arch which may be uncomfortable in the beginning if you have never worn orthotic shoes before. But after a week or 2 most people should be all right and you may not feel comfy if not wearing them.
