I purchased Bose headphones online a couple of weeks ago never opened, I want to swap them for Sony WH1000XM3 due to better codec for bluetooth connectivity. Is this possible. If so can I exchange in store

i dont work for hn just had a bad 2 visits with them,
BUT i would just take them back as majority of retailers do accept returns etc.,

Redemption? I purchased a smeg coffee machine, a milk jug & a matt. Received coffee machine only. Enquired & advised I have to redeem the product from smeg! Harvey, I have paid you for it? Why do I need to redeem it? First customer service mistake. 2nd mistake, I redeem products & advised 6-8 weeks eta. Harvey. You have rorted & hoodwinked me. Mothers day is well & truly done & dusted in 6-8 weeks time .. How bout being upfront about this eta. Not after your purchase? Looking forward to your reply

No point in doing that. The store says they can't help. The online phone line just rings out after an hour I gave up. The online chat is only helpful if it's in their job description otherwise they give you someone else to contact who dosent have a phone only an email. Last time I shop online at HN

Order placed 09/03/2019, and paid for, no delivery after 15 days!!!
Placed phone call to 0297636891, after holding 15 minutes pressed 0ne, as requested for callback, inserted phone number and have been waiting over 24 hours for callback. I certainly didn't expect this lack of service from Harvey Norman. Where is the order, and how much longer before delivery???

I have just got out of hospital after account but my last contact with H N was several months ago when bought & took small TV. It's a scam I received the same thing and also one saying I had a parcel from DHL as well.
I contacted dhl and they told me they were aware of this scam which was in circulation.

I ordered a laptop 7 days ago and have only received an email saying my credit card is being verified and a confirmation email will follow. Nothing else has been received, not even a confirmation email. In the last few days I have rung repeatedly and always end up on the 'leave a message' option. Several times I have requested a call back but none has been received. The money has been taken from my Dad's credit card already. I have no confidence that I will receive the order within 10 days of purchase. Can anyone tell me how to cancel the order and get a refund?

I bought a Laptop online via Click and Collect. 2 hours and you can pick it up, they say. In 2 hours I call, no-one knows what happened. FINALLY same thing, my payment (PayPal( hadn't ben verified! I mean, PayPal is INSTANT
