What does happen here and who are you. Harvey normal gives their online shoppers no buyers protection. Don't worry wont be making that mistake again after my daughters Ipad gets delivered that I waited six weeks for. Why dont you say nothing if you have nothing nice to say. Hi, I bought the cool zone machine online, which does not make for a cool zone at home just continues to run out of water( not explained I would even need to continue to fill with water just claimed to suck hot air in and blow cold air out. There is nowhere to suck hot air in anyways can someone( staff contact me on this matter, our family is hot and 350 dollars poorer.

Sounds like you have purchased a evaporative cooler, these work by sucking in the warm ambient air adding moisture to the air and blowing out humid air. Depending on where you live, (tropical or subtropical)is going to have the reverse effect as the environment is generally quite humid, and you should have purchased a Air conditioner instead as it will pull moisture out of the air.

Evaporative coolers designed to work in dryer climates. Without trying to sound rude or condescending, it is always best to speak to someone in a real store so the sales assistant can ask questions and work what product best suits your needs. Being this was a online sale, I would be contacting online or head office to see what options you have
