If I sign an agreement with Home Group, and the title doesn't come in for over 6 months, is there a chance the agreed price may rise due to actions outside of Home Group's control? Or is the price locked in for good, no matter how long the land takes to title?

Hi, What is the current build time please?
Hi! Our slab went down on the 17th February 2022 and we had handover on the 5th December 2022. The only delay we experienced was waiting for food timber and then waiting for the chippy to do the roof. I’ve heard other stories but that’s just what we went through! Overall, our client liaison was super honest with us through the whole process and we didn’t feel like we were out of the loop. We understood that we built during a massive building boom and Covid so we were understanding with delays.

Hi Home Group, I have built a house through you , key handover was 27 September 2013. In Baldivis and Majority of all walks in the house has very visible spider cracking from floor to ceiling, this is a major concern and is spreading, there is druminess when its tapped indicating its about to fall off . I understand that theres 6 years under master builders for workmanship and its inside that period. I have had a building inspector sight this and mentioned this needs to be fixed asap or the entire home will need to be replastered and painted. I know this is not a common problem in homes in WA and require this to be replaced/ repaired. Regards Derek Moulton

How long is a warranty on the house walls and ceiling. As I have some decent size cracks in them..
Hi Ryan, there are different criteria to consider for wall cracks, with allowed cracking well documented in Australian Standards. Please contact our maintenance department via email for further information at maintenance@homegroupwa.com.au Provide us with your address and contact details , photos are a big help, ideally place a ruler over the crack so the width is clear in the photo. Our maintenance department will assess your concern’s using your photos so they can then assess and determine if the wall, ceiling or cornice cracking are covered under warranties.
I understand what you are saying and I will contact the maintenance side. However there must be a certain period, amount of time, like a warranty. I do not want to go all this bother to take pics and emails. For use to write back that you only covered for 2 years.
