Hi worried customer, Hotondo Building Pty Ltd advises that it is no longer in partnership with Just Project Management Pty Ltd, which previously operated the Chinchilla franchise, as of April 12, 2023.

Just Project Management Pty Ltd is still trading as an independent business, however, is no longer part of the Hotondo Homes franchise network.

When can we expect the replacement fence panel that was dented by your concrete contractors AUGUST 2022 and that you promised to replace? It has only been 15 months.

You must be very pleased with your Bundaberg Franchisee....Fence panel now ordered and will be fixed in coming weeks.....IT HAS BEEN AWAITING REPLACEMENT SINCE AUGUST 2022......SIXTEEN MONTHS AGO!!!!!!!!! AND REPLACEMENT JUST ORDERED....COMPLETE AND UTTER DISRESPECT AND YOUR CLIENTS

When can we expect to have the Fence Panel installed...that you damaged in 2022 and promised to replace.House in Fraser Avenue Bargara Headlands.

Sorry Michael I cannot help, unfortunately sounds to me that your Hotondo Franchise is not as reliable as the Hotondo South Coast/Nowra owners of the franchise they would have it fixed in no time and most likely wouldn’t allow the fence to be damaged in the first place. Don’t give in keep at them and hopefully you have a win. Good luck Colin B
