Hi, I can't answer about the online store, but I can definitely respond regarding the lack of customer service. When my delivery didn't arrive I was told to contact Ikea. I was given a number and it didn't work. I even went to the store and tried the number in front of the staff and again it didn't work. They (at store - Tempe) told me that customer service would be in touch, but 2 days later, still nothing. I was told that if I didn't hear, that again I'd have to go back to the store. It gets to be beyond ridiculous and all the time I have an unusable bedroom. I hope you get your problem resolved soon Helen.

You usually receive an email notification that your order has been completed. If you did not, then I guess it is not completed.

They answer but don’t solve your problems. Best is to go there in person or not buy there at all.
After reading all these bad reviews I wander why IKEA does not change their delivery policies, and particularly their courier Mytoll, which is hopeless? IKEA can make a contract with some other delivery service, for example, Australian Post is absolutely excellent. or anyone else, but not Mytoll. Does IKEA care about customers' reviews at all? Or is this a strategy to shun customers from ordering online? Thank you, Sanja

Yeah that’s what I told them on the phone and wrote in my feedback when they sent the survey through. They seem to not care probably because they know they are the cheapest option and people will buy with them anyways... I never had such a bad experience in my life in terms of customer experience...
