Check water level – make sure it’s above the minimum line.
Ensure the lid is properly closed – sometimes the sensor won’t reset if it’s not fully secured.
Power cycle – unplug the dispenser for 5–10 minutes, then plug it back in.

In the past the button unit would work properly with one press for the blue light and two presses for the green light.....didn't need much thinking. Now, the button works sometimes only after pushing it several times....sometimes long presses, sometimes short presses. Sometimes the light comes on blue and sometimes green regardless of the number of presses. BUT most importantly the button does not always turn the unit off (especially when it is in continuous flow mode - green light)....have to quickly reach for the power point button. Resetting the unit has made no difference to the button behaviour. Does the button need replacing?? Is it possible to buy a new button?? Is there a button pushing process that i should be following other than the one press and two press in the manual??? How long should the presses be for???
I am referring to the Instant Hot Water dispenser.
My one did the same and also increased the ammount of dripping. It was still under warranty ,they asked for a video and they accepted it was faulty.They agreed to replace. I asked if the delux modle was beter made ,it is ,so I paid the difference and it works great and not a single drip.

My Kleva hot water dispenser now dribbles for a long time after shutting off. I use filtered water.
Thanks for letting us know! A small amount of dripping right after dispensing can be normal, but it shouldn’t continue for a long time. Using filtered water is great, so that shouldn’t be the issue. Do Kleva Range cotton sheets shrink after washing? They seem to have a good size on the advertisements, but how do they fit after being washed?
Hi Murray, Thanks for reaching out! To help prevent any potential shrinkage, we recommend air drying the sheets rather than using a dryer. They shouldn’t shrink from washing alone, but heat can sometimes cause natural fibres to tighten.

We just received our hot water dispenser today and it’s not dispensing any water and then the light flashes blue and green. It is half full of water so that’s not the issue and we have tried resetting it. Any ideas??

Is the Kleva one button really just a glorified rice cooker,
I have used my 1 button cooker twice now and both times the chicken, veges and pasta are cooked so that the chicken is falling off the bone and pasta is falling apart but it has not switched to warm either time. Is it a faulty unit?

We do advise to only use wooden and silicone utensils on the Diamond Earth Pans in order to avoid scratching and damaging the non stick coating.

What does E05 mean on my Kleva hot & Cold soup maker/blender?
Hi Paul This means that the unit is overheating, this may be due to not having enough liquid in the jug, if the food is not cut up small enough or if there is any residue stuck to the bottom of the blade. Please do contact us on 02 9387 4100 if this issue persists :)

Does the krapof compact elect. pressure washer 1400 do the same job as the 1600?

The E04 message appears on my soup/ juice blender. I have turned it off what do I do next?
Hi there! We would advise you to try the following: Lift up the jar and add some more liquid, then return the jar to the base. If the display error persists turn off and unplug the Blender from the power socket and remove the jug from the base. Leave for a minimum of 30-45 minutes to cool down before trying to use again. If the display error still persists please empty the contents of the jar and wash the base with water and the included cleaning brush, then try again.

Well it is named the Kleva Cooker as mentioned in my enquiry, product number: KLCKR for soups and small meals with a plastic (steamer?) tray in the top.

How do I release jug from the base
Hi Amanda, Thank you for your enquiry. You simply just place the jug into the base (ensuring it aligns correctly) and it will slot into place. To release the lid from the base when not in use, just simply lift the jug out whilst the blender is not in use :).

why is my kleva soup maker always showing E04, overheated when it is only the second time i have used it?

Hi there, Thank you for your question and apologies for any inconvenience! To stop your Kleva Mealio Hot & Cold Blender overheating please ensure that all wet ingredients such as the liquids (cream and water) go in first, then add any other dry ingredients at the top such as (beans, potato’s and legumes). Please also ensure you use at least 1 cup of liquid, this will help protect the base!
If the E04 error message appears please switch off your Mealio and allow it to cool down for 30-45 minutes, it will then be ready to use again.
