I purchased your chiropractic suggested mattresses due to a recommendation by my son-in-law Dr Mike Haworth. I visited the Frankston store as my mattress sagged in the sides with a large centre lump. It was recommended that I contact HO to have the mattress returned to the factory. Bearing in mind there was a lifelong guarantee, this was to take place after the mattress was sanitised, Covid happened and no return date was offered. This mattress is no longer comfortable as of the large body indentations. Please suggest a solution

After experiencing similar problems I was told regal had gone broke closed all stores but the manufacturer is serenity bedding in Springvale and still makes these mattresses they are say they guarante...e them but the dints have to be approx 3.5cm deep This is a scam I think and happening all too often it seems I would call them

Fix this? I can see there is a 15 year warranty, I still have receipts etc, I was advised when i purchased that as made In Melbourne any issues can be fixed. Please help as it has caused some terrible lower back pain. I stopped using it for this reason. It’s great on neck shoulders but my lower back as had some major issues since using it again like last time.

Hi we brought a mattress about a year ago now and it has dipping where we sleep and has become very uncomfortable. We have followed instructions regarding flipping and rotation but dipping has still occurred even though we were assured this would not happen at time of purchase so am extremely disappointed.

Can you give me a vague idea of the cost for a king with 2 drawers? Need to check with the CFO.
Always worth checking with the CFO.....the king base with two drawers will cost $1044, we have plenty of options and can do 0-4 drawers for a king size, price will vary. All Aussie made in Melbourne, just like our mattresses! Sam
I forgot to say (for those who don't know) that Dr.Jack Gurman is my chiro. He is, as far as I and my daughter are concerned, the best chiro. ever. Dr.Gurman recommends Regal sleep. Please don't forget to check which beds I purchased and the price, thanks.

I bought a new queen size bed. The mattress was the softest one @ I have had a good night's sleep ever since. Best one I have bought for a long time. Highly recommend.
Do you remove and dispose of the current matress
I bought a Regal 888 Ultra Firm Mattress Pro - Queen and was delivered on 15/01/20. My husband slept on it that night and felt it was really smelly. Since then, we stopped using it and opened window in that bedroom everyday, trying to get rid of the odour. However, it's more than two weeks now and the smell is still quite strong. Would you please let me know what we can do?

Do you recycle your mattresses as in resell them? I had one delivered this week - no new smell as you expect with a new mattress and it has sagged from night one (both sides and ends after rotating). It’s your premium / top mattress
Hi JP, we are sorry to hear that. We don't recycle our mattresses. We also use VPF foams in all of our mattresses and generally there is minimal odour after production. If your mattress was in the fa...ctory for a couple of days after production then the new mattress smell may have already dissipated.
