If you have ordered multiple items then it will take time but you can ask the customer care to give you update and they will do that.

I would highly suggest putting a complaint in with Fair Trading NSW. we did not get a refund until Fair Trading got involved and it was investigated by A Current Affair.

There was a delivery delay. Rockmans were unable to supply one item of my order. Due to the delivery delay I had opened a PayPal dispute. Rockmans messaged me to say that if I closed the PayPal dispute that they would refund the price of the unsupplied item and that they could not refund whilst there was an open case. Once I closed the case all communication failed and there has been no refund. I must conclude that the Company gives every indication of dishonest practice as I was coerced into closing the Paypal case and once a Paypal case is closed, it cannot be reopened. Mosiac brands must have a lot of influence. I don't know how they are getting away with such business practices when we have strict laws in Australia.

For the third time Rockman's ordering has reverted to my old address between the order page and after the Paypal payment. I have had some successful deliveries to the correct address. There is a software problem that is not being fixed and people are getting ripped off because sometimes their parcels are going to their previous addresses. I know that I am not alone because my next door neighbour has had the same problem with a different Mosiac brand. Nearly all these companies use the same ordering programme.

I had a missed call from your number today at 4.07 pm.

I returned the call at 4.14 pm and after waiting for half an hour, somebody came on the line and then asked for my email address 3 times and said she was trying to retrieve my order and the system is very slow bla bla bla…

I continued to hold patiently for 1.35 min and finally had to disconnect the call, as I have better things to do.

My query regarding, trying to process credit card payment on checkout- has now been unresolved for the past 10 days. I have spent considerable time trying to get my order processed.

Can you please let me know what exactly the issue is? Such a big company and such poor service? I have never had such a bad online shopping experience before.

ok what's the go i ordered a scarf going out cheap on the sale and a white top now I've done 2 orders both 2 items both $40 on afterpay first order says delivered pants yep got them where's my white jumper??? order 2 got the scarf where's the white throw on top?? I find it hard to believe u sent them out separate postage?? $40 for a $15 scarf, not happy one bit if all my items don't turn up u are done, wont buy from u again!!!! Order number 2278959 and 8094725 find my white tops!!

Unfortunately I'm going to say "give up" They used to be great but I recently got orders charged to me (in NSW) for somebody in QLD This person not only got the order that I paid for but they got a refund from Rockmans too after I complained that my account had been used fraudulently They don't seem to know what to do or care about the customers anymore Sorry I can't be more helpful

They just sent me a generic email to my complaint. Didn’t help at all. I’d just say give up. Leave your review and be done with it. And just tell friends and family not to purchase from them. I will not be purchasing from them again. Terrible service and terrible quality quilt. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it.

Like you feel like giving up. But what e else can i do, just tell people to keep away from them. Ordered on linex19th Jan. On credit card 21st Jan. After over 15 forms filled out ,no replies, phone numbers given, don't answer or disconnected. Was for a NZ delivery, never again

Going on the general tone of company reviews the outlook of a refund is not very positive. Very disappointing that such a big business has such poor customer service.

I too had ordered. Garment from Rockmans online 17/3/2020 and still waiting for it. I have rung several times and emailed to get a response from them to no avail,was told by computer to ring later as attending other customers. Money taken out from bank was no problem for them but to send garment another problem. Not happy and will not shop at Rockmans again.

Since my report about Rockmans online some time ago, I was able to have my money refunded for top never received by going to the store in Belmont WA and speaking to shop assistant about the problem, who then was kind enough to get in touch with head office, the matter has since the been resolved and money back.

On the 21/03/2020 I paid for hand sanitizer as my daughter needed it. That very afternoon she said she has found some so I sent through a message asking to cancel the order and I will take a voucher to the same amount. Since then all I get is constantly changing dated as to when I can expect my hand sanitizer to be delivered. Does no one monitor requests? I hope I am home when it is finally delivered as I will not accept the package as I don't want to be up for return postage.

You're lucky you're getting any updates. I have got nothing from these greedy since my order confirmation. It's very frustrating. Been 8 weeks & received nothing. I just want a refund on goods I've not received & forget about Rockmans forever

Who can you lodge a complaint to about Rockmans Online click and collect? I have submitted 2 complaints with the first incident a month ago, absolutely no response. I find it incredible that such disgraceful service can be apparently acceptable. I have had extremely good dealings with many other online stores which begs the question, who is falling asleep at the wheel at Rockmans??

I ended up emailing the head of customer service . When that didn't get a response, I rang their head office. I did lodge a complaint with Consumer protection.

Good for you! Their service is pathetic, or should I say non existent. I would be interested in the response you receive from Consumer Protection. I imagine they have had quite a few re Rockmans.
