If one has a pre existing condition (eg high blood pressure) but it is being successfully managed through medication, does it need to be listed as a pre-existing condition?
Hi Ecpaul. Thank you for your question. Yes, this will need to be listed as a pre-existing condition, even if managed. You have the option to opt-out of cover for any pre-existing condition, once declared, when purchasing the policy, this is because we do not automatically cover all conditions. Hope this helps! My wife and I are looking at yr Annual Multi-trip Travel Insurance.
Will we be covered if my wife and I (named Adults on Policy) travel together on SOME trips, BUT we may travel on our own during the year, ie without the other?
(Ive looked but can’t find this scenario in the PDS)

With an annual policy, what countries do you include if you don't yet know where you are going on later trips? Can this be modified at a later date as the countries you put down can affect the premium significantly .
Hi Mandy. Thank you for your interest in our Annual Multi-trip policy. You are welcome to add more countries after purchasing.
