If I move to Tangerine whilst with moving away from optus NBn, how will I transfer my emails (from optus), as well as incoming from previous contacts. Can I have a masked optus email during the cross-over?

Thank you for your enquiry. Tangerine do not offer email address services; you could discuss with optus in regard to keeping your email address active for an ongoing fee or you can migrate your email services to free email domain provider e.g. Gmail. Kind regards Tangerine

I am moving to Kewarra Beach Queensland on 20/9 Wednesday, I am currently with Telstra (no contract) after having terrible drop out signal issues with TPG. I would like to move to you guys when my month runs out with Telstra. Can you assure me that the signal will be fine where I'm moving to please? Thanks Karen

Can a Tangerine rep please confirm if you are currently experiencing a Nationwide Outage?? No internet All Day in Adelaide. Can't get any assistance from Tangerine. Phone support are Not taking calls: "If you require technical support please hang up" !! How is this acceptable?? Chat refused to troubleshoot blaming Nationwide Outage, then ended the chat! Shocking experience, I just switched over, regretting already!
