Woolworths Annual Multi-Trip Travel Insurance (Overseas) Questions & Answers

Back before covid hit, we had booked our overseas trip to Europe and Thailand using my Platinium credit card but due to this it was put on hold and money was held in trust with Flight centre. We are pleased to be able to finally travel and I’m now asking if we are still covered or is there a timeframe on insurance cover. We leave 31/5/23. Thank you.
Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for your question. Please note that at this time, Woolworths no longer sells Travel Insurance. Your old policy should have been cancelled and refunded. Thank you Jason but our insurance is complimentary as we paid for flights etc using Platinum card so Woolworths and/or Macquarie should still honour I presume.
