We called Reclaim HO & Frankie answered the phone & could not be move helpful & left a message for Rob to contact us. Our problem was the Reclaim unit was locked into the old modem. Ron tried to help over the phone but was unsuccessful. Ron as promised came our place when he arranged & after 90 minutes we were all up & running. He told me to contact Operations asking for the refund.I contacted Operations by email and recieved a reply asking for my bank details. I replied with a email with details.I was told that it will be in my accountand I should see a payment within 10 days.Two weeks later I contact Operations and told them the payment has not been recieved.He went off to accounts and came back telling me that it has to go through the company direcror.
