over the phone about timelines and a smooth, hassle-free installation — but as soon as I agreed to upgrade my developer's package and paid the deposit, those promises quickly fell apart. Installation was delayed multiple times, with shifting dates and little to no proactive communication.

Installation is already taking more than 6 month from contracted date and even thought I constantly chase updates, information is always vague and inconsistent. No timeline was ever provided and salesperson commitments means nothing, and that becomes very clear once problems start.

Overall poor transparency, missed timelines, and a frustrating lack of accountability. Be happy if you get your system installed in 12 months time!

installation at our home - damaged the system themselves at installation in 2023, then charged me to come out to assess the issue less than a year later, even though it was still under warranty. Now it's leaking again and they want to charge me $350 just for callout and inspection - I told them the error code but she didn't know what it meant, although another contractor called to say the error implied a leak, so would probably need re-gassing....again....

I booked a service for a Daikin split system air conditioner in an apartment in West Perth and a Mitsubishi in a home in Kewdale. Two technicians… Read more

arrived at the West Perth apartment, took a few photos of the unit and told me it needed a major service which I need to book for another time. I was sent an invoice for $195 for the visit and was told a major service was going to cost an additional $249, to do a deep clean.

On the same day, two technicians went down to the Kewdale property to service the air conditioner that was not cooling properly. They were on site for about 10 minutes, took a few photos, re-set the temperature from 27 degrees to 18 degrees and said the air conditioner was cooling well. One went to the outside unit for 5 minutes, told the tenant to clean the filter and left. I was sent an invoice for $195 and a note that a major service was required at a cos of an additional $249.

When I complained, the owner Lidia said that she had GPS evidence that the two technicians were on site at the Kewdale property for 16 minutes, which is the standard time for a service/diagnostic, and sent 4 photos of evidence that the work was done.

When I said that I was not going to pay the two invoices for $195 each, the owner said she would cancel the invoice for the West Perth apartment and said if "If you chose not to pay (for the Kewdale property) I will take this further to debt collection"

Decide for yourself if you want to deal with this company!!

schedules call outs and deals with invoicing. When I rang this afternoon, PK listened carefully and sympathetically to my electrical problems. She showed a good understanding of the core issue and was able to quote me a very fair and competitive price for the work involved. Then few minutes later, PK rang to advise that Grayson will arrive in 50 minutes! Grayson came, identified the issues, did the replacement of the RCD which was burnt out and tightened items carefully to ensure complete safety of the fuse box. I note that Grayson follows the “old school” work ethics which aim to do the work properly and professionally (rather than going all out for money like some others do nowadays). While fixing, Grayson also very kindly shared some safety knowledge which I have found hard to come by.
