First contact was with Truman who completed emergency repairs to get the heater started and working again while we considered either repair or replacement options. Jack at no cost fixed a minor interim adjustment. Chris fully refurbished the heater when we chose repair over replacement. Each in their own way demonstrated quality technical ability and their courtesy and efficiency in representing Climate plus was quite impressive to say the least. Daikin ducted Air conditioner showed error code on the control panel indicated of LOW refrigerant/gas leak, and Bell-Air is listed as the authorized service on Daikin.com. After comparison, Bell-Air indeed has the lowest Call-Out fee and hourly rate in ACT area. When the technician showed up, I told him right away that the control panel shows low freon/gas leakage and was expecting him to check the freon level and find the leak immediately, but instead he spent almost 2 hours checking outdoor unit sensors and other parts. When he finally starting to check the freon and leak, he said he had to run for another appointment so we had to re-book, which was fine with me. But in the second visit he showed up 2 hours later and made me cancel the second half of my work day for it! I called Bell-Air front desk and they admitted they messed up my appointment to noon but didn't inform me about it. Anyway, the technician finally came and spent 3.5 hours to refill the freon and replaced a small part on the gas pipe that caused the leak. Overall, they charged me total 6 hours and $1010 for checking the problem and replacing refrigerant.

Few things that I would be appreciated that Bell-Air could do to be more professional for future services, like Be-On-Time as scheduled (or call customer first to confirm the appointment), find a parking first before the appointment, treat the right problem that already been indicated by the system panel, and wear a shoe cover while walking on new carpet.

I don’t want to be too picky about it, but since your company is authorized by Daikin.com, we would hope you could act as a solid business partner and provide a better service. If you could, I would still use your service in the future and recommend to my friends and others.

We called Reclaim HO & Frankie answered the phone & could not be move helpful & left a message for Rob to contact us. Our problem was the Reclaim unit was locked into the old modem. I had no battery for at least a few weeks until I googled how to fix it myself! I have contacted the company on a minimum of 4 occasions to have these issues rectified. I emailed the salesman he put in a support request for me, NO REPLY from support. I went through their support online and lodged requests twice, NO REPLY to either. I have rung the company they put through an urgent support request NO REPLY. I contacted the electrician directly he said he'd fix it then GHOSTED! If it wasn't for Google and me figuring out how to reset the battery myself I'd still have no battery working for over 2 months! I'm not impressed knowing that after they've taken your money you have zero support! When something goes wrong you're screwed!
