First contact was with Truman who completed emergency repairs to get the heater started and working again while we considered either repair or replacement options. Jack at no cost fixed a minor interim adjustment. Chris fully refurbished the heater when we chose repair over replacement. Each in their own way demonstrated quality technical ability and their courtesy and efficiency in representing Climate plus was quite impressive to say the least.
