Unfortunately this cost is comprised of the additional supplies needed to complete this work and for the manual labour required. I have attached your original client satisfaction paperwork which shows that the placement of both units was agreed upon prior to the technicians leaving your residence. The work required to disconnect and reconnect a unit is actually greater than the installation of new unit. We appreciate the work you have given us and hope to be able to service you with this request but also understand if you would like to go another direction.

Not happy about the response and the lack of care I sent the following email. You are correct in stating that placement of the unit was agreed upon, I don’t believe that at any stage we were given another option. As you, your company are the professionals you would have thought we would have been advised that placing the unit where you did would cause a problem of over heating the area. At no time were we informed that this would happen. If we had been informed we would not have had a problem in paying extra in having the unit placed in more convenient position.
