through the DFO; despite her clearly saying "no" and signaling for them to stop, the salesperson continued to follow and engage her.

She wasn't in the best frame of mind that day and ended up spending $570 on products she didn't need. While we eventually secured a refund, it was an incredibly stressful ordeal. Communication was very difficult; we received no response to our emails, calls, or social media messages. Interestingly, DFO Centre Management responded to our concerns within 24 hours, yet the brand itself remained silent until the refund was confirmed a week later.

I can't comment on the products themselves as they weren't used, but I’d suggest being very firm if you’re approached and aren't interested. The follow-up support was disappointing.

There's still room for improvement-too many products contain Aloe Vera-not great for the many of us suffering from asthma and eczema. I'm sourcing my eye cream, etc elsewhere since Adorn don't offer options without the dreaded Barbados aloe.

Also, the colour matching for Adorn's foundation offering is clunky. You take a photo and send it to the team, and they advise the best colour match. This was a complete fail for me. I trusted the process, but now I have a large stick of foundation that is at least one to two shades too dark for my skin. I would have preferred a colour match system such as Try Findation. I have found the system to be very accurate.

The tan does not smell good, it is super orange and after just one day it became patchy so I had to scrub it off. Plus I was charged $30 for import and it didn’t state that before purchase and wouldn’t refund if I decided not to pay.

A lot of these reviews are old please update with current reviews. Products I have used have been great, shipping takes generally 2 weeks but definatley good products and i do have sensitive skin. Value for money

simple to use and the tutorial videos are very consice and straight forward (I recommend these over the paper instructions as they have extra hints and tips). I use the almond long insta nails and it takes around 1.5 hours to 2 hours from start to finish including removal which takes the longest amount of time. I have already repurchased additional products, I feel like I have become much better in my application already and it’s so easy to produce salon quality nails. The team at Emiko is also very quick to respond online if you have any questions!
