They also operate a mechanical workshop offering light vehicle services, maintenance, and repairs. Don't even bother replying with you think that I have the wrong business. I have the correct business. I am reviewing the NRMA name being linked to towing vehicles to FYG Automotive, who then rob the public with shonky mechanical repairs. There's only one NRMA. Stop telling the public that there are more than one NRMA and that insurance cut ties with roadside years back. Own it. You should feel very ashamed of the name and it's associations. Your towing services towed me to a business with your name linked and they deliberately did damage to my car.

after hitting a pothole on Holden Rd. He was an extremely polite, helpful courteous and experienced technician whose assistance to me was greatly appreciated. The time was4.45pm on Monday afternoon on a very busy main road and my car was in a dangerous situation so Jad handled the tow very safely and professionally for myself and my car. He drove me home and helped me move my car into a safe street car space opposite my home. Later an RACV technician came out to replace the shredded tyre with my spare. Coles listened to my story and agreed it was not my fault, despite his believable story.

Coles completely paid for all damages to my car. (My car had no insurance at all)

All I can say is Coles acted with integrity making a morally decent decision. They could have denied liability and no-one would have thought it unfair.

They were always polite and respectful on the phone, advising me of the process to appeal their decision if I did not agree.

If you want insurance from a company that has morals and the phone calls are polite and easy to understand......... and they allowed me to use my own repairer.

It does not get any better than that. They catered for my every need and could not have done anything more.

Long wait for tow track. Was advised it will take up to 90 minutes but it was over 2 hours. To make it worse, the operator had an attitude - told me it’s a large country and then hang up on me. Great service NOT.
