Why has my order been camcelled after been posted. NOT HAPPY
Hi, I am trying to order a jacket from Ally, but whenever I try to add it to my bag, I get a notification saying I have to pick an option for the jacket. There are no options to choose. Has anyone else had this problem?

I really want to order from Ally, after looking at the range they offer, but all the reviews have actually made me think 100 times before i put my money in that, if shipping is such a major problem for them, like most people said the courier gets lost on the way or arrives after months of wait and also most of them have not even been refunded their money, why then they dont change the courier providers and make it better for people? As much as I am tempted to buy from them looking at the courier services feedback it seems like a big risk.
How long did it take for everyone’s packages to come ? Mine was supposed to arrive a week ago and still isn’t here although it says its been in transit in my town for more than 2 weeks
Same thing happened to my parcel.Did not arrive for weeks and upon contacting the customer service of Allis they ask to chase the delivery driver which is not our job .All you can do is email the courier company.Hope that helps

I placed an express order on Friday morning and accidentally put down the wrong email therefore not being able to Receive my tracking number. Is there any way to change my email or retrieve the tracking number?

I would like to know why is it that you can go in your store and try on a bodysuit and not buy it. But when you buy online and although you don't do it up and only focus on the top part because it was nice pattern . And it didn't fit and it was the smallest size so I couldn't get another one. Then you say that you can't get a refund or exchange on bodysuit. The question again is what is the difference because if it is a health concern then why are you allowing people to try on and just walk away. This is so WRONG and unfair. And that is a health thing aswell. Also other places like Brasnthings if they do it why don't you do it.
