Hi, need some advice on changing my plan. Was recommended to come to the main site and get on the Chat line (Icon bottom right hand side of webpage). I can't find it anywhere. Just want to do the webchat about plans as your phone system is currently not working.
Hi I am a Click customer through ACN but not happy with my current plan and I have ACN telling me Click is the Issue and I have Click telling me to sort it out with ACN. Have just registered with the Vic Gov $50 scheme and checked the pricing and no suprise, I am being ripped. Can I go direct with Click or do I just bail all together??
Are your reviews genuine as they seem to be masking a large number of 1 star reviews. So many of them say 5 star even though the people havnt moved into their homes yet. I dont believe for second that any of these reviews are genuine after the service I have received.
I'm with you on this. They receive a one star review then bang, it gets flooded with over the top, glowing 5 star reviews.
Yes certainly feeling that they are flooding it with good reviews. I honestly cant get a response from them anymore after a huge amount of emails going back 4 months. But they are more than willing to threaten switching off my connection if I go slightly overdue on my monthly bill.
do you operate a pay on time discount on accounts ? . if so is p.o.t. disc. on total bill ? . have requested advice on this matter 3 times via email & text -- no answer , can I assume a policy does not exist with click energy ?

It's a built in discount meaning u get low rates lower than other electricity companies for both gas and electricity and if u pay bill later than the due date u won't pay anything extra as it's the package offered
Send yr electricity bill and gas if u have to my email and I'm happy to show you further how much u can save and what's the rates
resolving queries take s longer and longer after few months they do same thing they never gonna solve problem completely.
Clearly your model is to offer competitive plans but then after a year or so start cranking up the tariffs to in excess of 50c knowing that many gullible people like me will not notice. So tell me how do sleep at night ? do you lie on bed of cash laughing ? Do have any feelings of guilt at all ?

I rung Click Energy spoke to some guy who was great asked for a bill to check how much energy we was using I didn't have a bill so he checked online told him I'll ring back but he didn't give me his name, then when I rung back after my hubby wanted to hear the deal got some other guy who was so quick to get off the phone he didn't really convince my to switch to click Energy the deals he didn't really explain or didn't even speak to my hubby about the deals was on the for a couple of seconds looks like I'll keep looking around for a better deal the Red.
