The agent mentioned they might be a disconnection fee, but hasn't notified me how much at the moment. Because I just disconnected days ago. It is now all under AGL, which is better I feel

Are your “time of use“ hours for Weekdays in Summer, Winter, Autumn & Spring all the same? My Distributor is Ausgrid and they have different hours for weekdays during non Winter & non Summer months? Sharon

I'm thinking of switching providers. Electricity and Solar is already on and working here and the Net meter owned by SA Power Networks installed. Does Click really charge a fee to switch over to them as a customer?

Hi I am a Click customer through ACN but not happy with my current plan and I have ACN telling me Click is the Issue and I have Click telling me to sort it out with ACN. Have just registered with the Vic Gov $50 scheme and checked the pricing and no suprise, I am being ripped. Can I go direct with Click or do I just bail all together?? Peter

Hi Peter I don't think this company knows how to enter government numbers very will into their system because I am having a very similar problem only with a pensioner card. Truly, I've had all sorts of stupid responses from this company ie "Oh we can't give you a concession if your account is in CREDIT!!!. I have tried telling them that's not how concessions work. We will see I am getting the ombudsman if no follow up in 7 days

Are your reviews genuine as they seem to be masking a large number of 1 star reviews. So many of them say 5 star even though the people havnt moved into their homes yet. I dont believe for second that any of these reviews are genuine after the service I have received.
I'm with you on this. They receive a one star review then bang, it gets flooded with over the top, glowing 5 star reviews.
Yes certainly feeling that they are flooding it with good reviews. I honestly cant get a response from them anymore after a huge amount of emails going back 4 months. But they are more than willing to threaten switching off my connection if I go slightly overdue on my monthly bill.
Looking at all the recent 5 star reviews the vast majority are all from people who have not reviewed anything else. And many read like an advertisement. What a scam of a company this is.

More than happy to help you It's a built in discount meaning u get low rates lower than other electricity companies for both gas and electricity and if u pay bill later than the due date u won't pay anything extra as it's the package offered Send yr electricity bill and gas if u have to my email and I'm happy to show you further how much u can save and what's the rates Margarethanania@hotmail.com
resolving queries take s longer and longer after few months they do same thing they never gonna solve problem completely.
Is it cheaper after 10pm to use dishwasher
For us it is 100% cheaper because we do not have a dish washer.
