ask the storeHi Jacqueline M.! To attach the legs to the Jazz sofa, you will first need to remove the black castor feet, underneath will be a guide hole for you to screw the Jazz legs into. Hi, I ordered a Miami chase couch and two weeks later cancelled my order in store (it had not yet been delivered). It’s been another two weeks and I have not received my refund?. I have phoned constantly and I get told different things each time. In your refund policy the max time it says it should take is 5-7 days and it’s been 14. Can someone please explain when I will be receiving my refund? Thanks.

I would like to purchase a few items from FF. I'd like to pay now, but need to hold of delivery as I'm having renovations done. Is this something you can do?

Hi Susan! The amount of time that an order can be held generally depends on the store and warehouse, so it is always best to give them a call to discuss. We can hold your order with a 20% deposit and wait 1-2 weeks once the order is ready before delivering the items. Orders may take a few weeks to be available anyway, so this might suit you well! I bought a Saxby 3 seater with chaise 18 March . The left leg on 3 seater is out of line. I noticed before we purchased the lounge floor stock was the same. I was told that the legs were new and improved I wonder did we get the floor stock or are they all faulty

I had my Miami 3 Seater Chaise sofa delivered on Saturday 27th April. Before I purchased I tested the display sofa in 2 different stores and both sofas were very soft, plush and cosy to sit on (in comparison to other sofas on display), which is why I chose the Miami sofa. My sofa is very hard and stiff, and not soft in the slightest - it feels like the other sofas I sat on that I didn’t like because of how hard they were. Is it normal for the sofa to be so hard? If so, how long will it take to soften up and is there anything I can do to speed up the process to get it as soft as the 2 display sofas I tried? Thanks! :)

Hi there Laura! As our sofas in-store have been on display and enjoyed by many customers while in-store, the foam has softened up over time as your very own sofa will with general use. This is a very common and the sofas you see in-store are exactly the same as the one delivered to your home, so you can be assured over time your own sofa will soften up. Hi I recently purchased your modular 3 Chaise lounge from the melody range. It arrived today but I am having great difficulty removing the rubber "stoppers" under the base to screw in the 8 wooden legs. Any suggestions for how I might rectify this problem. Thanks Kim

Is the the wood used in the Alex desk made from sustainable timber? It doesn't look like it is from the web page, but this is an important feature of any furniture we buy.

Why is your outdoor furniture online only and has to be delivered unfortunately the product I want to purchase is going to cost me half of the purchase price just to be delivered so unfortunately I will have to go elsewhere
