I tried assembling the Waverley dining table. The last bolt isn’t fixing and I am not sure if with three legs bolted and the fourth not bolted, is the table safe? I paid so much for this furniture items and the last thing I want to do is to return it… I can’t as a single mum just go back and forth. Need help please. I have also had the same problems with an item I purchased from Fantastic Furniture, nothing was easy to assemble did not fit properly, the whole exercise was simply not worth the the time and effort. In my opinion the item I bought was a cleverly disguised, cheaply made and overpriced lemon.

Hi I purchased a jazz 5 seater and only after a few months the Chase section cushion has become way too soft . Its hard to sit on it as you fall into it and the rest of the lounge is fine so I can’t use the chaise bit

I just bought a Como 3 drawer chest of drawers and the quality is incredibly bad. The particle board is the worst quality and when screwing the back on as instructed, the screws pushed the white coating off in 2 places due to there being insufficient room for the screws. Also, some of the screws just don’t bite into the board. I am a very skilled DIYer, this is just a garbage product.
I would like a full refund. I got the product in my local store, but wasn’t able to view one already made because they don’t have a showroom. How do I get a refund for this poor quality product?

Hi. I purchased a Como double bed and during assembly broke one of the slats (fell on a single one while trying to navigate putting them in). Since then another slat or two on the same side seems to have broken when turning the mattress. How do I get replacement slats? I didn't see anything about it in store or on your website, but maybe I missed it.

I have just purchased the Brooklyn queen size bed base and was assembling it today. During assembly I started to put the caps on for the slats, and did four of them incorrectly before I realised. The staff member I spoke to at the store where I purchased the bed from wasn't sure if I could purchase extras caps, and said they could submit a claim on my behalf. However, this isn't warranty, I messed up. When the caps are removed, it strips off the 'plug' bit that is pushed into the side rails. All I need is to purchase 4 - 6 more (in case I stuff it up again).

I feel sure I'm not the first person this has happened to, so it's surprising extra caps aren't even included in the packaging.

Any chance that some stores purchase extras for these mistakes? Thanks for your help.

I ordered a java buffet, table and chairs. I paid a deposit on this order. The order wont be available for at least another 3 weeks. I want to cancel the order as I found out that the product is supplied flatpack, not as displayed. do not want to put together a buffet, dining table, and 6 chairs. I feel that the description of the product was misleading as I pointed out the assembled item in store and was not told that's not what would be delivered. Will my deposit be refunded?
