I ordered, and received, a Jazz Couch and Wingman Ottoman back around July. I also bought several pieces of Bridge furniture. As the Bridge furniture is described as "Oak", I ordered "Oak" legs. However, the two finishes between the legs and the Bridge furniture are completely different. I was wanting to swap or buy black legs for the couch and ottoman, but customer service and the store I purchased the furniture from were very unhelpful, and basically just said "sorry, can't help".
I've been looking online to purchase new legs, but most appear to be M8 hanger bolts, which aren't compatible. The hanger bolts on the couch and ottoman are 5/16.
I am really unhappy with the fact that I can't purchase the legs from Fantastic Furniture, and I'm really wondering why I can't.
Can you PLEASE reconsider, and let me at least purchase the 9 black legs that I need to replace the mismatched "oak" legs.

I damaged the side panels of a Hamilton queen bed during assembly. Used the wrong screws to attach the brackets and consequently the screws have made 4 dimples on the outside of each end of the side panels. Is it possible to purchase replacement side panels?

I ordered a couch with you guys and got told it went missing. I spoke to team multiple times who stated they would chase up. I got told multiple ETA dates. Very bizarre as it was missing. I did get a refund but this situation could have dealt with much earlier if someone had asked your manufacturer what was going on, which I have sent multiple messages asking. Waited nearly three months, all wasted! Now have to start agian. I would like a voucher as compensation?
