Hi, Can you tell me if an actual spa bath comes as standard in Marriott 44. Days so in the book but world of style girl said not not included. So I’m confused. If it’s standard in prestige like it says on the blurb in the book - why is it not included as standard but told I have to pay extra despite reading that it’s standard? Also, are there any Marriott 44 homes in Brisbane?
Has anyone built a PD home in Brisbane's South West? Would love to hear about your experience. Thank you

I have fallen in love with the Marriott Grange display home, Rochedale especially the grand staircase with the bottom large platform. Can this exact staircase with bottom platform be built in a Marriott 44. Thanks

Staircases are unique to each home design and due to the slight differences between the Marriott Grange 49 and Marriott 44 floorplans, we are unable to replicate the exact staircase from the display.
