completed work. In 2022 we had leaking to our back room that was supposed to be sealed with a 7 year warranty, they wouldn’t come out and ghosted me so put through insurance and the assessor who was a roofer said the work wasn’t done and the roof was screwed down too much and washer spun out so water was leaking into a bedroom ceiling. Many months later after they received the insurance report they rang me and sent someone out to do the work that wasn’t done. I would not recommend this company as they do not look after their clients and just want your money.

but after a couple of years started fading and eventually previous tile colour showed through now have patchwork effect and still peeling. To cut long ongoing story short, complained, had dragon out who blamed membrane manufacturer, they came out blamed process paint too thin. Now constantly contacting dragon who tell me we are on "warranty list" but nothing in writing to confirm this, now into second year of waiting and very hard to even get a response from them. Obviously find it hard to recommend, maybe one day

rain caused damage to my house. Initially the experience was great. The Salesman was knowledgeable, explained the solution, offered advice on the next steps and the quote was good. I almost accepted this quote on the spot, even without the generous discount.

With a quote this good I hoped that if I bundled a roof replacement with the quote, I could put all my rain issues to rest for the next 15-20 years. So I asked for quotes on roof restoration, partial replacement and full replacement. They agreed to quote but never came back to me with the quote or any explanation.

I chased them up for over 4 weeks before finally giving up. I would've accepted a change of heart but that was never communicated and even my attempts to be amicable about the situation was also met with silence.

This wasted weeks of my time trying to organise what should've been professionally straightforward.
