We had a couple of attempts at finalizing the plan and with Supreme Green's guidance we settled on a plan that was within our budget and would produce a first class result. There is always the thought the landscaping can wait but if you can get it done within a reasonable time after the build is completed then do so. With a newly built house the front and back yards will be a mess and you don't want to walk across planks to access front and rear yards and have the dog running around in the mud. Having 5 palm trees that grow so tall in the backyard needed some removal of few of them and trimming. They quoted us and decided to go for it, they work and cleaned it after and understandable rates.

and even emailed where the pvc under my driveway was for retic This got disregarded and they ripped up half my pavers to run another pvc Put the pavers back and before then end of the day they sunk dramatically In the paper work you sign off on before landscaping starts it does say some pavers may be lifted and it’s your responsibility to fix them I had to remove at least 30 and re haunch both sides including removing al the mulch and redoing it If I didn’t re haunch the drive way edges would of collapsed

When I emailed with pics I got the response that it was my responsibility Even after I explained I had emailed and even marked the pvc So I fixed it I fixed all the mulch thrown against my light grey rendor leaving black marks everywhere I think more mulch was thrown over everything but where it needed to go I fixed a fair bit of the garden edging that was either to low or to high and mulch just falling onto the grass And now I’ve fixed 1 pop up sprinkler that’s only been down for 2 weeks And has been playing up since day 1 So they probably knew it was stuffed So although the landscaping is included when you buy the block You get what you don’t pay for I guess And there’s no real excuses for poor workmanship and a bit of pride Just because of the turn over of work you have Definitely would not recommend for anything paying work

to fix it. There were a few issues with the timing of the waterproofing. Throughout, Lush Turf worked in with the schedule to ensure that the artificial turf was installed next day after the waterproofing. The installer advised on how best to glue the turf down - compatible with the waterproofing etc. Good result. It looked like an easy install, but it threw up some difficulties which were solved in an efficient and timely manner by the installers on the day.

Had two different types of grass growing in lawn. Didn't want to buy any turf from them but contacted Karen to ask if she could help. Identified the different grass in 2 minutes. Don't know about their turf but customer service is excellent

store looking for a company to build an veranda for us. Stratco took our details and two days later we were contacted by Install A Veranda to give us a quote for our back yard. We were happy with the price and gave them a deposit. After jumping through 2 council hoops, and paying an additional $922.80 in special permit fees, council granted permission in January. We received paperwork to say that insurance for the job had been taken out. I contacted the very helpful staff in the office to get some idea of when the work might go ahead. I was told the middle of March. We waited, and waited. But heard nothing. In mid March, I made contact again, and was told there must be a manufacturing delay, and that they would find out and get back to me. Approximately 3 days later, I received an email from the office staff to say, it was not a delay and they would not be building our Veranda and asked me to send them the banking details, so they could refund my money. I wrote an email expressing my disappointment at their lack of communication and general bad business sense, to not contact us and tell us why they had decided to cancel our contract. That was over a month ago, still no one has bothered to contact me to let me know why! The only reason I have given them 2 stars and not 1 is because whenever they made an appointment to come out to check things, they were always punctual. And for the office/accounts staff, who attended to paperwork efficiently and refunded our money we had paid quickly. For 6 months we put our lives on hold, to be available for this company. I would not recommend them.
