I keep telling them I cannot access my account to make payments and I get the same email back saying to reset my password. But when I request password reset I don’t get the email?? Also been getting payment requests very late. Like I got an email on the 23rd saying my payment is due on the 19th (of that same month) and will be deducted in 2 days.

I don’t get it, major scam company. I don’t even know how to repay it because no one is answering my emails and my inquiries are being sent to an email that doesn’t exist

connect bank account, have followed through with them. They claim it has gone to debt consolidation because of missed payments. No, the payments they are saying were missed were rescheduled and paid the following week. Had no emails or letters from them stating I have missed payments. I finished off a loan and was able to take another one out and then the same week cannot connect to bank. Make it make sense. Nothing has bounced back, nothing has been emailed or letter.

hours promised, 30+ hours delivered, multiple agents making promises they never kept, all for verifying a Medicare card for a $300 loan.

I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering CashFaster.com.au. I just went through what has to be the most frustrating customer service experience of my life, and I want to save others from the same nightmare. What I Expected I applied for a small $300 loan through CashFaster. Their website and agents repeatedly promised:

2-4 hour processing time Quick ID verification Fast approval

Sounds good, right? Yeah, no. What Actually Happened Hour 0-4: The First Lies Applied and was told "2-4 hours for approval." Fair enough. Submitted my passport when requested. Then they wanted the back of the passport (which I didn't have a copy of). Offered my Medicare card instead. They accepted it. Still waiting at the 4-hour mark. Hour 4-12: The Pattern Emerges Followed up multiple times. Each time I got:

"Your application is being reviewed" "You'll hear within 2-4 hours" "High volume of applications"

Starting to see the pattern here? Hour 12-24: Agent Merry-Go-Round This is where it got truly infuriating. I dealt with three different agents ([Name Removed], [Name Removed], [Name Removed]). Each one:

Promised to "escalate immediately" Said they'd "personally follow up" Gave me updates "shortly"

None of them did a d#mn thing. Hour 24-30+: Breaking Point By this point, I'd followed up more than a dozen times. For context: they needed to verify a Medicare card. That's it. A government-issued Medicare card with my photo on it. The best part? At one point their system literally just spit out random characters: "6+984*" mid-conversation. That's the level of competence we're dealing with. The Worst Part This wasn't just annoying - I needed this money urgently. I made this clear repeatedly. And I was forced to literally beg these agents to do their job for 30+ hours. Neha told me at 13:30 she was "personally following up right now" and would update me "shortly." 90 minutes later? Nothing. Charlotte then restarted the whole script again. The Lies, Broken Down Let me list the specific lies I was told:

"2-4 hours" - Said at hour 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 20... you get it "We've escalated this" - Said by at least 3 different agents, nothing escalated "I'm personally looking into this" - Multiple agents, zero follow-through "You'll hear shortly" - "Shortly" apparently means "never" "High volume delays" - Funny how this excuse works for 30 hours straight

What This Tells Me Either:

Their agents are trained to lie to customers, OR Their agents have zero visibility into actual processes and just paste canned responses

Neither scenario is acceptable for a financial services company. My Final Message to Them I gave them an ultimatum: resolve the ID verification by 4 PM or I'm withdrawing and posting everywhere. Well, here we are. I've saved the entire chat transcript. I'm posting on:

To CashFaster Management Your company is called CashFaster. The irony is absolutely delicious. Stop lying about your processing times. Stop having agents promise things they can't deliver. Stop making people who need urgent money beg for basic service. And maybe, just maybe, figure out how to verify a Medicare card in less than 30+ hours. Bottom Line Do NOT use CashFaster if:

You actually need money fast (the name is false advertising) You value your time You expect companies to keep their promises You don't enjoy being lied to repeatedly

Maybe consider them if:

You enjoy customer service torture You have infinite patience You like watching agents copy-paste the same useless responses

I've dealt with banks, telecoms, utility companies - none were this bad. This was genuinely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Rating: 0/10. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

companies, through an introduction by my finance broker. Unfortunately, the broker's conduct and the Oak Group's unconscionable lending and recovery practices have devastated my family and I.   Specifically, the broker prioritised his interests over mine as the borrower. The Oak Group and their lawyers, in my opinion, set me up to fail, and starting with the misleading ‘letter of offer’ and their brutal enforcement of the securities, I never had any opportunity to extract myself from their clutches.   It has come to my attention that Oak Capital Mortgage Fund Limited and Oak Capital Wholesale Fund Limited offer substantial commissions to mortgage brokers, leading to a conflict of interest where the brokers may not act in the best interest of the borrowers. I attempted to opt out of the loan offers within 48 hours after signing, only to face unexpected tax invoices exceeding $100,000 and property caveats by the Oak Group of companies.   The situation escalated further when I received a default notice from Oak Capital Wholesale Funds Limited lawyers 3 days after missing a payment, resulting in the rapid repossession of one of my properties within 24 hours of issuing a default notice. To make matters worse, my home was visited by intimidating individuals sent by Oak Group just days after missing a payment, causing distress to my family, including my wife and two young children, 1 and 3 years old.   Oak Capital Mortgage Fund Limited and Oak Capital Wholesale Fund Limited refused to accept a refinancing option on two loans and chose to appoint an administrator over two properties, which unfortunately made it impossible for my building company to continue trading.    Oak Capital Mortgage Funds Limited and Oak Capital Wholesale Fund Limited have refused to provide any statement of account to show where approximately $10,000,000.00 has been allocated after selling my properties and receiving funds from other properties I had sold, for which Oak Group of companies had no mortgages. Even after Oak Group sold my properties, between $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 less than what I paid or what they valued. My loans were for approximately $7,000,000.00. This left me to issue court proceedings against Oak Capital Mortgage Fund Limited, Oak Capital Wholesale Fund Limited and a company in the Oak Group to obtain a Court order for a full accounting of all related transactions. Oak’s response was to appoint a receiver over my company, which I am fighting to have removed through the courts.   I wanted to reach out and offer my support and assistance.
