Very comfortable and stable - not being disturbed by my partner rolling over.

We absolutely love our sofa with matching ottoman. Customer service was great communicated with us regular delivery updates, the ease of ordering on line and colours. Delivery driver was friendly and sofa was easy to assemble.

would be Wednesday between 7am and 5pm. Took the day off work to be home for the delivery. It’s now almost 5:30 and the delivery is not here. Have called the transport company and have been told the driver has 15 deliveries still on board and could be hours before they arrive. We have now had to cancel our evening plans to wait for a delivery that should have already been here. Will never shop with this bogus company again.

uncomfortable. You can feel where it drops off the sofa base, which ends up being in your mid to lower back, depending on how tall you are. The end of the bed tapers off at an angle, so your feet are lower than the rest of your body, not to mention the fact that you're sleeping on the floor, which is no good for anyone other than children. Build quality is underwhelming. Assembly was an absolute pain. All this for a premium price. I cant recommend this product at all. Delivery service to central West NSW cost an arm and leg and return shipping isn't included in the 120 day trial, so if we choose to return it, which we likely will, we'll be down around $600.

Not sure how it gets such high reviews, but my advice is to stay away from this product. Our $150 air bed is more comfortable than this sofa bed and I certainly won't be subjecting guests to it.

This sofa bed with the inbuilt storage is the best thing ever! Comfiest sofa bed I have ever slept on and roomy! In love with the frabic and colour to - suits our place perfectly!

aren’t sitting on top of each other, which makes it feel much more comfortable and relaxed. The cushions are comfortable without feeling too soft, and the sofa itself feels sturdy and well made. It also looks beautiful in the space, the style is modern, clean, and really elevated the room. The biggest selling point for me though was the washable fabric covers. As someone with pets and children, being able to remove and wash the covers makes such a difference and gives a lot of peace of mind. This order took months. When it finally arrived it was dumped at my door in multiple boxes. It is flimsy and consists of individual pieces that don't connect so they move and separate easily. it is uncomfortable and not worth the price. Avoid.

comfortable we find ourselves falling asleep too! Not too soft, not super thick and heavy. I LOVE that both the protector and the non-slip bottom cover can be removed and swapped, meaning we can flip and turn the mattress with ease, prolonging it's lifespan.

Added bonus! Our son doesn't usually sit still for storytime. We received the Rihanna the Goanna storybook as a beautifully unexpected gift with the mattress and so far he's demanded I read it twice nightly!

developed significant balling and pilling, which is very disappointing for a product at this price point. I contacted Koala over three weeks ago and their customer service has been extremely slow to respond. When they have replied they have deflected responsibility, saying my concerns will be escalated or that they are short staffed. The issue remains unresolved. I will be reaching out to Consumer Affairs Victoria for assistance and reporting my concerns to the ACCC.

to which I was unaware prior to purchasing, had I known I am not sure I’d have purchased them. Am I glad I did though? Oh my gosh YES. I have struggled with overheating at night for so long being menopausal (ladies of a certain age you understand me) and I feel they have cut my overheating at night by half. They also feel so lux and nice.

Given I can’t put the sheets in the dryer I purchased another set so I can have one drying outdoors and one set always on the bed.

Shipping was fast and loved the packaging,

For 2 weeks I’ve loved sleeping in between these sheets, I’ll update if anything goes awry however if not my review is they are worth every pretty penny.

The unit looks great in our reading room with the natural sunlight coming through, which makes an exciting ambience to the room. Super happy with the latest addition and will consider the other range.

I love this product, it makes me feel like my mattress which is a good brand but well loved present like brand new again.
