I'd stopped eating Cheds a few months ago, only because I was so addicted that I was eating too many. They were so tasty, left a flavour in my mouth… Read more
that made me crave another and yet another biscuit. Then, having a family member coming to stay who also loves them, yesterday I succumbed and bought 2 boxes.
I took just ONE bite today of my first Ched in months and immediately thought "It's different!". It just doesn't taste the same, not tempting nor mouth watering, not addictive any more. Immediately I did a Google search and found I'm right.
I saw a statement by Arnotts: "“This change does not impact the taste, texture, quality or overall eating experience, and consumers can continue to enjoy the same cheesy flavour they know and love.” It absolutely DOES impact the taste, who are they trying to kid. It's now ordinary, which is probably good :( since I won't be buying them again and so won't be over indulging.
A good while back Arnotts changed their Granita biscuits. They had been a favourite in our family and I'd buy a pack most weeks. The change took away the flavour and the texture which made them special, and I haven't bought them since, nor will I. I hope Arnotts returns to the original Ched recipe. Why ruin good biscuits, why fiddle with a good thing???

Why put break points in your biscuits if they are so crumbly that they break everywhere else? They have also made them quite bland. I stopped buying Shapes because they "dumbed down" the ingredients, I will stop buying Saladas as well
I don’t what all these negative reviews are about they taste exactly like they did when I was a child. I think they are still grea Show details
theyr horrible! I heard they put crushed bones in them – I love blueberry flavor but teevee snacks are just so hard to bite on, they don't even soften up when you dip them in a cup of tea or coffee. Why???… Read more
I heard that they put crushed up bones in them as a filler. No wonder they don't soften up even when you dip them in a hot drink.

prices... very pathetic of you Arnott's....the ice vovos are almost translucent and have vertually no jam on them any more because obviously jam cuts into their greedy profits....used to be a great Aussie company until they fell into the world of greed and huge profits for fat cat CEO's...well done Arnott's..I will never buy any of your Rip off products ever again.... I hope your CEO enjoys there bonus this year as it has come from ripping off all your customers..... pathetic....

where reduced to crumbs. Flavour was still good but useless for dips when in pieces. Am assuming these where crushed before packing which is atrocious when you pay a premium price and get a substandard product. Will not be Buying or recommending to anyone.
Better of eating butt hole and lips for breakfast – The only half good thing about it is the bit of chocolate milk at then end of the bowl I didn’t not enjoy it one bit just get your regular tinny teddy's and put in a bowl with milk Show details
Totally stale, and the first few biscuits in the pack were smashed to smithereens. Show details

biscuits are okay but how did this flavour get passed is beyond me! This off flavour might be the caspsicum intent, but feta, are you serious! The biscuit itself is good burnt match/cigarette ash flavour

Very nice upgrade from the jazz biscuit to eat as a plan cracker. I enjoy the darker biscuits and ones with a bit more flavouring. I think the only thing would be to increase the flavour . Show details

The biscuit is not as nice, but worse is the topping. They use to have a good thick topping, but now it's more like a thin smear of topping. Shrink flation has struck hard with most of Arnotts biscuits. Very dissapointing. Compromising the quality of your product will loose you more customers than increasing the price while maintaining the quality.

afraid. There used to be lumps and bumps of tasty mystery pizza bits on top of a tomato dust. Now seems there's a cracker with a vague taste of tomato, and very little else. It's not just that you can't see it any more, but that you can't taste it either. :(

leavening agent and browning time, they are all a plain white flour, salt and water based recipe and I have almost never ever thrown out fresh food - but these are NOT a variety of crackers, they are just the same white flour garbage, in different shapes, with different baking times; and after trying a few different ones, I just threw the whole box out.
I have never done this before - ever.
These are just the cheapest and nastiest crackers that can be made.
There is no flavour or vegetation in them...
I would not feed them to the pigs.

I can taste is Sugar. They contain 47% sugar. Very poor unfortunately. The Arnott's Chocolate Mint Slice have less sugar (Maybe 36%, which is still too much) and taste less like you are eating just sugar.

The buscuits are 'very very very small'..........They have been 'reduced' in size........The size of a jazts biscuit........And now they taste like the 'no fills packs'........Shame on you arnotts - shame - ruined a good brand.

Big time disappointed and Angry. Surely changing these minimalist biscuits would have not created a big boost to Arnott's profitability ?! But they sure have created any consumers. !!!
